Very nice place. Everyone was very respectful and kind. Even though there was a problem with our room at check-in, right after check-in time they switched us to another cabin. We encountered issues with the Jacuzzi, they quickly fixed it so we could enjoy it.

The pictures of the rooms were all mixed, so I wasn't completely sure of what I was booking when I did other than the description of the room. The chimney doesn't have the proper venting so when I started it I had to open the window and the door to let the smoke out, and once lit, it would die quickly cause of poor ventilation. The wood we were given by the hotel was humid so I had to get my own as it would not start. The room had no minibar so I had to purchase a cooler to keep our wine ready to enjoy it.

Walking distance to the town center, accessible distance to shops and parking. The room has a coffee machine and amenities in shower room. Comfortable bed next to the fireplace. The activities within the private premises are fun and entertaining.

The phone was making irritating noises and had to disconnect the phone line to make it stop. Jacuzzi was not big enough for two adults.

Beautiful, clean and luxurious property and cabin. Toiletries smelled good. Loved the little hot tub and the covered patio. We moved to Bosque Escondido from another cabin-type establishment, our only regret was not choosing this one in the first place.

No heater in the cabin and our mini bar was not stocked. Door to covered patio was a challenge to open.

It’s beautiful and in walking distance from the center. Its spacious and well designed.

Nothing not to like about the property, but when I was booking my stay it didn’t give me options other than the hotel and there are cabins within the facility…

The beds were too hard. No padding was available.

The cabin was not ready when arrived - had to wait for it to be cleaned.

I love the location, close to the town, it was spacious and clean.

The taxi drivers service was useless, the food from the restaurant was not fresh at all.

It was odd. They put us in the most remote room despite the hotel being virtually empty. Getting to our room involved three flights of stairs and a long hallway.

The entire staff was perfect! Always ready to assist you and the office could answer any question you have!

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like.

Cabin layout and location, beautiful wooded setting, quiet and relaxing. Easy access to town.

Need wi-fi in the cabin, very annoying have to go to the reception area in order to access the wi-fi.
