Grounds were beautiful, pool was nice and warm. Fresh coffee on the patio was very nice. Staff was uncommonly kind and accommodating.

It is a cute place. I liked it! But since I am being asked what I didn't like, I'd say "Nothing that can't (and should) be fixed". Shower was dripping enormous chair in a tiny room that doesn't fit under the desk. Only 2 outlets and they didn't have a power strip. So your choice: Fan, lamp, modem, phone/computer. Choosing only 2 is a totally unnecessary difficulty. I bought a mini power strip.

The location was nice, a 15-20 minute walk to the malecón. The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower worked very well. It is a nice looking property, and there is a bus stop nearby to catch the local bus over to Chapala or Jocotepec.

The glass wall to the outside is weird. We were in the unit next to where everyone walked past, so there was no privacy unless we completely shut our curtains. Also, while it was nice to have a pool, the staff didn't do a thing about people blasting music until late into the night. These two things alone would prevent me from recommending this place. There are also no food options or drinking water provided.

The room was thoughtfully appointed with lots of cooking utensils. It was easy to contact management and housekeeper with any questions that arose. Would definitely recommend this lodging for several days in Ajijic. I think ours was the smallest room (Violeta) on ground level, while some upstairs rooms had balconies. There is a great restaurant directly across the street, and nearby, around the corner is Mel's Social club and Vegan Town!

We were unable to find any English channels on the TV. Wifi worked fine for streaming to my laptop!

Very nicely decorated in a fun and colourful Mexican style with murals. very peaceful and comfortable, the room even had a jacuzzi! the room was so spacious with a seating area too. the swimming pool was great, the water so warm and the garden really nice.

there were no drinking glasses in the bedroom, no breakfast included (though it was mentioned in Booking.Com), not enough towels in the bathroom (no had towels) and no hairdryer.

The hotel is very nice and clean. There is a nice pool and the lawn and vegetation are very nice. I arrived very late at night because of flight delays, but I notified them ahead of time on the booking app. The hotel gave me the number to call when I arrived, and the clerk showed me to my room right away. My room had a large hot tub in addition to a shower.

I liked everything.

Convenient location, near city center, walkable and safe neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Coffee first thing in the morning. I'm not a swimmer, but there is a pool for those who are.

I really have no complaints. The rooms are, of course, unheated, so the nights can be a bit cool in February. But this wasn't a big deal for me.

Beautiful facility.

You don't park at the given address, you can't even really unload there. You have to drive around to the rear of the property, Paseo del la Colina 115 to do that. Would be nice if that information were given in the listing.

We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves. beautiful pool and the bed was comfortable. Helpful staff.

It would have been nice to have a better fan as the room was stuffy and hot with no air con.

No breakfast as stated on Booking.com, they need more amenities (bottled water, etc). Confusing check-in, and our shower head sprayed all over the bathroom, needs to be replaced.

Location was good for walking distance to restaurants and all but also located on the most busiest street in Aijiic. The noise continued till about 11:00pm . We had to also park in the street because there was no more room to park at our checkin on Sunday afternoon at 5:00. We weren’t shown around at all on the property or told anything.
