This is a budget hotel. If you want 4 star comfort, be prepared to pay for it. But for a budget hotel, it's excellent value for money. The staff was helpful. The room large and adequately furnished, the pool clean, the hotel generally clean and well-maintained. As a bonus, free laundry -- two washing machines and dryers. Would I stay there again on my next visit to Ajijic? Absolutely.

It's a bit of a distance from the town centre, albeit within walking distance (about a mile or so).

Good beds, spacious room, TV with streaming & good WiFi. Nice restaurant onsite, large outdoor pool.

Very poor advance communication. Up-charged for pet after saying there would be no charge over the phone. Poor staffing at front desk. Dirty shower floor.

Rumy, the front desk, was most helpful and was very patient until the issues that we wanted dealt with. He was wonderful.

Should have found a location that was more central. No hot water for the shower.

The facilities were excellent, the people were nice and friendly.

It is not something bad because understand that it is winter and it is an outdoors pool was cold.

The property is wonderful. Beautiful green grass, loads of trees. Fruit trees. Gathering place if needed. D’ Shanti resturant on the property. ( awesome lasagna)

The bed was a little hard for me.

I loved the gardens! so many beautiful flowers. The suite we got for our family was perfect, we went with my parents in law, and the suite was roomy and cozy at the same time, loved the porch area to hang out looking at the sunset behind the beautiful mountain view. The pool was very nice, its not deep which was perfect for our 2 yo. The restaurant there is DELICIOUS! you have to go try it out! Lasagna, Arrachera, Parmesano Chicken, everything exquisite! We just got back and are already planning when to go back!

There are some things that need to be repaired but overall everything was functional.

The pool had a least 4 lanes for doing laps. The room was clean and felt spacious with the high ceilings. The neighborhood and street were super quiet during the rainy season.

Nice, large studio apartment style room with kitchen, living/dining area and private bath. Kitchen included a refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, microwave as well as dinnerware and cookware. The room had two balconies overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds. D’Shanti Restaurant is located on the hotel grounds. Excellent food, drinks, and service!

very quiet and perfect to relax. Restaurant also has good food and really close by.

The roof in the room had lots of spider eggs. Also, the pool could use some maintenance and the water level was too low.

I love the pool, it was really big so I can have my own area just for me. The kitchen was so convenience, love it.
