This charming hotel is perfectly located near the Ajijic plaza, close to everything in town. The rooms are beautifully designed, with spacious, comfortable beds. What truly stands out, though, is the incredible staff. They’re friendly, helpful, and wonderfully accommodating. During our stay, we were in another town when our son, who had stayed behind at the hotel, woke up feeling hungry. Although the hotel doesn’t offer room service, the staff went above and beyond by leaving the hotel to get him food, ensuring we didn’t need to rush back—such thoughtful service!

The hotel offers a continental breakfast, including boiled eggs and pan dulce (we aren’t breakfast eaters, so we didn’t try it). Our only minor complaint was the coffee, which wasn’t to our liking. However, we didn’t mention it until the last day since we were getting coffee from a fantastic café right across the street.

Hotel was 2 blocks from main street and restaurants. Unfortunately, this trip they were redoing the main street with sidewalks and road so it was a little hard to get around and a lot of the shops were closed due to construction. When this is completed that area will be great. The hotel was great and everyone, including guests were friendly, also it was quiet.

Like most places in Mexico, they could use a little more light in the bathroom and our room did not have hot water, other rooms said they had no problem.

very quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff of upbeat diligent people. lovely decor all around and great places to work and relax. very conducive for working remotely. lots of places to sequester yourself in the lounge, bar and terrace. the continental breakfast was perfect: lots of great coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. loved my stay. Jesus, the manager, is the best.

The location was quite good as it was a short walk to the main town plaza and lake. Close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good with some variety on different mornings.

The bed was very soft although we prefer a firm bed. There were a lot of firecrackers (?) going off at the church which were quite annoying as they went late at night and early in the morning (6:00 AM). Could use dish soap for cleaning up the dishes.

Historic cozy boutique hotel in a perfect location close to the lake , shops and plaza. Staff was friendly , rooms clean . It felt welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and/or recommend to friends.

I like the decor and many different places to sit like on the roof terrace, balcony and courtyards the room ( nr 6) was beautiful I liked the music played through the speakers. it created a very relaxing vibe

Breakfast was good. At the front desk Jesus was a huge help.He made my long distance bus reservation. A concert on a Saturday night in the bar and restaurant area was wonderful!

Getting breakfast a bit earlier, starting at around 7:30, would have been helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two week stay at Casa Blanca. As a single traveler I was comfortable, felt safe, and enjoyed the hotel, surrounding area, and city. The hotel staff from manager to cleaners were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and accommodating . The location was ideal, one block from the lake/lakefront , across the street from the Lake Chapala Society where there were cultural events and entertainment or just a quiet garden space to relax, and walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The free continental breakfast at the hotel was delicious and served each morning. It consisted of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard-boiled egg, toast/bread, coffee tea and juice. The hotel staff arranged reliable airport transfers and taxis during the week at my request. The Wi-Fi was strong and worked well in my room a well as in the common areas. The place was quiet and relaxing. The rooms and entire space were clean and well maintained. I will definitely return for a future stay at the wonderful Casa Blanca Hotel.

Surrounded by more pricy b&bs in the heart of the town not far from the malecón. Fresh fruit was awesome. Coffee ready every morning at 8:30! Bed was awesomely comfortable. Clean. Has an evening- low key bar on the premises. Coffee shop across the way. Stairs to the Rooms. Small Quiet patios. Also had some English channels on the tv
