We got the tent package and was able to include the new years dinner it was so nice. it was a little cold but they had a fire set up for us lots of blankets. the dinner was great too. we got to enjoy the thermal waters and they were so nice!

It was really cold and the day we stayed they didn’t come and turn on the combustible for the indoor heating system so the room was super cold.

Located in the beautiful mountains of Michoacán, filled with big pine trees, cedars and many hotsprings. (so many, the region uses thermal electricity). Many birds and cooler weather at this higher elevation. Thermal mud, steam and rinse were fun and healing. Good size cabins, and an excellent group of young staff members to help out. The restaurant had a small menu of delicious food! Try the trout! Very relaxing and quiet retreat.

It was quite cool in the evening and the cabin was too cold for me (March 14). There are small fireplaces and you can purchase fuel to heat the cabin slightly, but it only lasts a few hours. No wifi in cabins.

The location and place are great.

I was charged two times and this is theft. I have nothing against the property, which in itself is great. But unfortunately someone from the staff has tried to scam me by charging me twice for the room. I’ve already made a dispute with me credit card company. So I hope that whoever is responsible for this theft suffers the consequences.

It was a beautiful place with so many amenities for the tourist to explore. Great restaurant.

Booking.com had a different check in time period stated than the actual property when we arrived, standardization would be better because we got there too late for checkout and luckily the staff were still there yo open the gate.

Gorgeous mountain retreat, cute, quaint rooms, and if you get a chance to try the del bosque sauce in the restaurant, it's heaven in food form. The springs weren't super hot and were only knee deep, but the were incredibly comfortable for long soaks, and the sulfer mud cleanse paired with the hot sauna made my skin feel incredible. WOuld love to come back

centered in a beautiful forest area. Quiet. Fresh. Not crowded. Clean. Steam room was spectactular. Massages were the best. Rejuvenation.

Rooms were very cold. Suggest a heater.

Location was really beautiful.

The huts could be better insulated. It was like sleeping outside.
