We forgot a jacket in the room and came back for it the next day, and it was gone, they called the cleaning lady and she admitted taking it home, but was off for a couple of days so we didn’t get it back. We were told it would be mailed to us and never got it.

Breakfast was vey basic, it was a simple Mexican breakfast. However there was some items that were not stocked or empty when I got to breakfast, possibly because it looked short staffed. I got the reservation because it is right in front of the Morelia Airport.

The stay with this hotel was very enjoyable. Room was very clean. Quite. The mini breakfast was small but enjoyed it. The convince of having a shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel was ideal. Made an easy transition. Thank you

I liked where its located. Its easy to find and get out of. It was very clean.

There is no restaurant open in the hotel after 6pm. That sucked. Near by towns didnt offer a verity of food. If u have an early flight they dont offer a contential breakfast as stated in their description.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. There was hardly any hot water. The "power button " on the TV remote didn't work.

We loved how friendly the staff was, always very helpful and ready for any request. I loved the location and the facilities the hotel is beautiful and so convenient right across from the airport but still come to pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

Very nice clean, enjoyable breakfast with parking, comfortable bed, large size showers no problem with water, also big windows for natural lighting and look outside and enjoy their well maintained garden

check in at 12am, I ask for shuttle at the time and they answer right away and took like 5 minutes to pick me up from the airport, I'm glad because I was afraid because it was so late.

Facilities were better than expected. The breakfast was very simple but tasty.

There was some upkeep being done outside our room and the employee had music playing early in the morning that woke us up.

The hotel was pristine, spotless and also very pretty, (beautifully appointed) comfortable, quiet and about one minute by car to the airport. A perfect airport hotel experience. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Wonderfully comfy bed and perfect showering facilities too.

Could not find a switch to the two extra lights on the wall. Usually love to have tea/coffee maker in my room but it didn’t matter as there is an Oxxo store (almost) next door.
