Beautiful old building in a great location in the historic district. Easy walking to restaurants, the zocalo, and the aqueduct. Very very nice staff and interesting building filled with art and fascinating spaces. Comfortable bed.

Rooms on the front can have street noise (earplugs are provided); some rooms that face the interior are small and a bit dark (although some face the inner courtyard and are quite lovely). It has some of the issues that old buildings have, such as tricky faucets in the shower. All is manageable and worth it to stay in an old building in a good location with lovely staff, but something to be aware of if you like everything to be just so.

The staff was really nice and helpful - helping us call taxis, giving us recommendations for places to go, etc. Breakfast was good (chilaquiles). We LOVED the women created art that was for sale in the restaurant. Great location. Local ground coffee in the room for us to make each morning.

We were in a corner room (of two busy streets). They had ear plugs in the room but I always travel with them so it didn't phase me much (could bother others).

The location is great, an easy walk from the cathedral and Plaza de Armas and just next to all the bars and restaurants of Fuente Tarasca. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is good. The best thing about the hotel is it's staff who were always super helpful and tried to accommodate all my requests and questions. The rooms are a bit hot. Nothing that the fan you can find inside doesn't solve.

The breakfast was delicious better than we ever hoped. And the location was perfect especially for the Sunday morning bike ride when the bike rental places towards the cathedral were busy. We spent all day in just the neighborhood by the hotel.

The atmosphere and architecture is very lovely and and historic. The art found at this hotel is also very beautiful and entertaining. The staff is very nice and attentive to all you needs. I highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Morelia.

This hotel is fantastic - its colonial architecture give it a magical atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and the staff are very helpful. It's steps away from bars and restaurants and my wife and I felt very safe walking around the nearby streets. The breakfast was also high quality and the wifi was really fast.

The only thing that could have been better is the selection of cable channels. Usually I watch CNN when I'm in Mexico, and unfortunately it wasn't available.

Amazing hotel at the city centre with traditional architecture and decoration. A big plus is that the staff has been very helpful and always available to anwer questions. Fully recommended for an authentic and comfortable accomodation!

The location, near the market, the aqueduct, el centro and the neighborhood where my friends live, is perfect for me. The art displayed everywhere and the colonial ambiance are beautiful and calming. There is a nice selection of books for sale in the cafe, and the hotel staff is so helpful in locating books that may not be available at the hotel. Option 1 for breakfast - eggs, beans, chilaquiles, papaya, guava, pineapple, coffee, toast, and orange juice, is a good and satisfying beginning to the day. Of the hotels where I have stayed in Morela, this is my favorite.

When I first arrived, there were some times without wifi, but it got sorted out and became reliable in subsequent days. It takes a long time for hot water to reach the bathroom, but the water will get hot in time. You have to tell the staff each day if you don't want the sheets changed. There is a sign to hang on the door knob but it doesn't have meaning for the housekeepers, who work very hard and do a good job.

This is a very unique stay with beautiful art and decor. The staff is very helpful and the restaurant is amazing!

The first night I was given a room I did not like. They were able to accommodate me in a better room the next day.
