Weird bedroom setup, hot water would not stay at a consistent temperature, it would be either too hot or too cold.

Beautiful Hotel on Plaza de Armas in Morelia! Short walk to all major sights in Morelia. The restaurant Chef “Lucero Soto” has been one of our favorites for over 30 years, Definitely enjoy her Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner creations with local flare! If you are lucky “Eduardo” will be your server for your dinning experience, he has such a pleasant demeanor and very attentive while dining! Brought many smiles to our hearts and faces!

Mix up with “Included Breakfast” that hotel manager did not honor…gave us continental breakfast which was also delicious and did not rain too much on our stay!

It’s super close to the city’s center where there’s so many activities to do or look for in the area as well easy food finds.

I paid for the continental breakfast for 3 people and it’s not what I expected. It’s a choice of juice or coffee with bread selection and some fruit. It wasn’t worth it too much for me but also not such a big deal.

Pluses: Big closet! And it has hangers; not all hotels have them. 😆 Also has ironing board as well as iron. Nightstands on both sides of bed is another great touch. Long wooden bench area long enough to put 2 rolling carryons is also convenient. Decent shower. While not the most powerful, the water pressure is decent.

Tv inconveniently on side “desk”, making it pretty much impossible to sit in bed and watch a movie. No safety deposit boxes in rooms! Didn’t realize that upon booking (my mistake). Safety deposit boxes located at front desk, which is a bit inconvenient when the elevators are not in service during the hottest summer months and you are staying on the top floor. Outlets not very convenient (directly over bed; others a bit too far from nightstands. No AC (we knew when booking). Floor fans decent for now, but definitely would not be good for summer heat. The restaurant food was excellent, but the service was awful. Nice waiters, but very forgetful of clients.

As my 3rd stay here, i've had a wonderful experience overall. staff was wonderful! Graciela my House keeper was such a jewl, very attentive to our needs and care. the only thing the rooms need are air conditioners, but other than that, 100% satisfied with With this hotel.

Fantastic location in the middle of the activity in Morelia. Very convenient parking at three blocks. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable.

The paid for breakfast is very poor, There is no buffet but a standard "continental" breakfast is served to you that is well below standards. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere for breakfast.

Right in front of cathedral, the hotel is very nice and staff very willing to accommodate. I arrived early and they checked me in without asking. That was very nice of Fernando. Room was very clean and had complimentary water bottles and coffee machine.

Very centric everting is waking distance . The food on the own restaurant it was superyummy the presentation on the food 5 stars .

My phone on my room it was not working, I couldn’t not used for room service and can’t communicate to front desk, for some needs , on personal questions.i was on the 3 floor.
