Very nice decoration and design! Super friendly staff, they showed us different rooms so we could choose which one we liked the best (all were very good!). Location could not be better. We parked directly in front of the door, could have switched to an included guarded parking space for the night but felt very safe in this area. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

The character and decoration of the old stone building. Felt very homey with the friendly, helpful staff, especially Sylvia and Felipe. Good size room and hot shower. Good café. Convenient location. Value for money. Would stay again.

No Wifi in room due to thick stone walls, but worked well in covered patio.

The unique style, from the moment you walked in to the hallways and patios. This place is a hidden gem.

Depending on the room, the skylight is super bright and it feels like the lights are on. But if you’re an early bird, this should not be an issue.

The hotel is very well-located, in the center of Morelia. The staff is exremely kind and friendly, they also speak english, and they are always willing to help.

The only thing that made us feel quite uncomfortable was the loud music that was constantly playing in the common area of the hotel, and that was always audible from our room.

We love staying here. The atmosphere is cozy. It's a great location with easy walking to the center. The staff are super friendly and you can get a coffee fresh made in the morning.

Well, in a perfect world, a pillow to bed with foam topper. But the bed was fine, really lol

Found us an English-speaking guide for a walking tour for the next morning. Also, even though it was after the "season" the staff made us a fire in the fireplace which we loved that evening in the patio area. The staff was very accomodating and we had a delicious breakfast of yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee and hot chocolate. There were four of us, and as the last person to go to bed I was left with a very high pillow - too high for me, so I slept without one. Also, was a bit nervous about the security...the lock on our door seemed very flimsy. These were very small issues, we very much enjoyed our stay...the staff made everything wonderful.
