Casa Vieja is a beautifully restored property in a fabulous location to explore the historic downtown centre of Morelia. The inner courtyard with water fountain is a beautiful spot for breakfasts and the guest rooms are immaculate. Not only is it a beautiful structure, what really stands out is the friendliness of the staff. Each one of them will go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Thank you, we had a fabulous time.

The property and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Really nice rooms ans super clean. Beds are really comfy and shower is great. Location is also fantastic!

The breakfast service could be improved. Food has good taste, but the service from the small restaurant is bad. We received most of our dishes cold or the wrong ones. :(

The staff went above and beyond. Pablo was on top of everything. The front counter was always helpful regardless of person. The continental breakfast was exquisite and not what you would expect. Quite an experience. Central Morelia charm with ease of access.

I liked the service the staff was giving. They were very polite,respectful and pronto to help me with whatever I needed.also I liked the location of it everything was nearby. I will definitely recommend this property. A little bit desapointed with the restaurant but think they will do better in the future

I think the restaurant needs a little bit of attention I meant the food.I had breakfast there the they didn’t have a menu to look into.the waiters were excellent other than that every thing couldn’t be better

The wi-fi was very slow and had hard time getting my own signal, also my trash was never taken out

I can easily say this was one of my best hotel experiences. I travel frequently (about 2 times per month) and this hotel has been my favorite. The staff was super helpful and thoughtful, going above and beyond daily. The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Everything except service for breakfast.

Service for breakfast it took to long and they kept forgetting what I ordered never got my juice or fruit went somewhere else for breakfast.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were brand new and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the location. We will return.
