Casa grand has a good loction,and staffs are friendly.

When I checked in, the area has big event. I can't come to hotel,and took a big circle to get close to hotel. Police won't let us to get into the hotel. Have to talked a person who in charge. And let us into the hotel. Late we have to get our luggage. Talked to the police before left this area. Hotel should have a plan for this event and to make customers convenient.

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was centrally located. The staff was exceptional. The staff did a wonderful job at making us feel accommodated and went above and beyond for my family when we were checking out. We had to take our luggage to a nearby garage where a car was waiting for us and their staff walked our luggage all the way to the garage for us. Truly thoughtful! I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others, as well.

For those with balcony view room, I wish there were a way to drown out the noise a bit more. Perhaps with earplugs? Not the biggest deal, but could be for light sleepers.

Breakfast was good. The hotel manager at desk was excellent! She was very professional, attentive, helpful, very friendly.. I forgot her name but she was tall , elegant, and I think she had long black hair.. thank you, it was a wonderful memorable experience especially for my elderly dad that grew up in Morelia, again thank you.

We enjoyed everything

The location of this hotel couldn't' be better. Its directly across from the Central square) and the principal cathedral. Lots of restaurants in the area, and easy walking to the city's major attractions. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace where we had delicious breakfasts nearly every morning, and the indoor dining room is attractive and well-staffed.

While we liked our room, the lighting was so poor that it was impossible to read. Because of the high ceilings, the hanging light's output was inadequate; two floor lights didn't function at all; and there were no reading lights next to the bed.

The location of Casa Grande was great! I love being able to go outside and be right in the center area buy the cathedral. We really enjoyed their restaurant as well.

One thing we didnt like was the parking option. Not horrible but we didnt really know where to park at first. The app key did not work with my phone but reception gave me a key card for the room and we did not have any issues at all.

Location was good and close to local restaurants and a decent shopping mall.

Shower faucet continued to leak, parking was a challenge, internet throughout the property is spotty.

Everything was fantastic. We would certainly stay here when we return to Morelia.

the staff and facilities were nice, and the architecture was stunning

trying to communicate with the hotel before arrival and arrange a driver took over for attempts through their portal through email and the lake. Not a great sentiment to have for pre-arrival.
