A very pleasant stay. The place is very central, plenty of restaurants, bats and sights very close by. The staff is very nice and helpful. The roof terrace gives you a great view, the whole set up is a little outdated up there. Inside is has a flair of castle in pointnof view of the hardware like walls, stairways, metall work, doors and so on. The beds I found very confy.

The only thing I was not too happy about is that a lot of rooms have no windows. That of course has negative influence on the air circulation. On the other hand the very high ceilings helped to not feell clastrophobic.

Everything The staff was very accommodating gave us an upgrade with a balcony

The parking lot is a bit far from The Hotel

Location was excellent. Adjacent to cathedral square. Good value for money. Room was comfy and showers excellent with good water pressure. Check in staff very friendly.

It was quite warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. There was a fan that could be plugged in, but it was full of dust, so we decided against it. No elevators, so for anyone with a wheelchair this hotel would not be the best option.

No ac (which we knew before we arrived) the room was very hot. They provide 1 fan. We went and bought a second fan which made it a lot cooler and confortable.

Very close to the plaza, they facilitated a tour to mariposa monarcha that was wonderful, including an English speaking guide. Very close to a wonderful breakfast complete with live local music

Excellent staff and the perfect location at a great price. They allow dogs which was perfect. Large room and very well done. Beds were firm but I slept very well and it was quite.

Great location just 2 min walk to the main plaza and cathedral. The owner is very helpfully and friend. Quick reply (through booking’s message system) to all my questions regarding tours and transportation before arrival.

We booked 2 rooms for a group of 3 but weren’t told one room (same description on Booking)is much larger than the other. So 2 people ended up staying in the smaller room. As the larger room wasn’t ready when we checked in, it’s too late to swap room when we found out about the size.

location is perfect, close to everything but on a side street

the plastic covers on the pillows and plastic sheets. i woke up in a sweat several times. i removed them the second night and slept much better.

Location can't be beat. Stayed for one night and was comfortable.

WiFi was terrible, but then again we were out most of the time.
