I am an active traveller, most of the time I stay at Marriot properties in another cities around the world ( there is no Marriott in Morelia ) So I stayed before in other hotels in Morelia. I have been couple of times at another hotels next door of Holiday inn Morelia, specifically Hotel Casino & Mansión Morelia . that's why I can tell the huge difference in friendly staff quality and comfort , Holiday Inn did exceed my expectations by far, excellent choice hotel. I will Always comeback to stay there.

nothing bad, I didn't rent a car so parking was not an issue.

Loved the Location, sheets and comforter were great. Loved the pillows.

Ice machine was broken during my stay. It was a little bit of an inconvenience as I had to go get ice elsewhere. Needed ice to keep milk cool for toddler. No pancakes. Shower Towels seemed old.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, even a balcony to sit outside to eat. The two women that staffed the little front desk were very nice.

The reason I only gave only an 8 review was that the room had NO window. I wish I had known that ahead of time so I could have asked to see if they had a room with a window because I felt a little claustrophobic.

The hotel was centrally located in the best part of town for visitors. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

It is VERY hard to see the sign for the hotel. We circled the block several times before finding it. How about an email that describes how to find the place?

The location is fantastic! Right across from the main plaza with a view of the gorgeous cathedral and with multiple places to eat nearby. The doors open to the balcony and you can stand out there and just watch everything. I stayed during the festival time of year, so the sights were many!

The so-called self- parking is a garage a block and a half away. There is no loading zone and no porter. Made it very difficult for a single traveler.

It was nice, nothing to complain, excellent location., clean, quiet., affordable.. friendly staff.

Maybe change the continental breakfast… have a little more of a variety, it was kind of the same every day.

The Balcony has expectional view of the cathedral and the plaza and the live music from the restaurants downstairs was pleasant as well

No pool, no tub, the price was a little high for what you get, online is one price then when you go to check out is much more
