Been there in November. What we can say is that the exceptional service we received from Dario was astonishing. He went above and beyond during our stay. All the small issues were take care of as he was doing a favor to one member of his family. We felt at home. No 5 star hotel can be compared when there is such a great sense of hospitality and care about the guests. We did love everything.

The property is very simple but well maintained, so nothing to dislike actually.

Its an excellent OK place for a couple of nights close to Morelia centro. Good value for money.

The room was a decent size for the money we paid. There was a private bathroom and the shower was pretty big. The staff was nice and somewhat helpful.

There was trash in one of the drawers. There was a lot of talking going on in the middle of the night, around 11 or 12. It sounded like they were in the hallway. No free breakfast.

The location was along the main street to the old section of town and the plaza. There's a good taco restaurant half a block away.The parking was secure and underground.

The receptionist in the early afternoon was quite gruff both days, in contrast to the evening person. Our room was tiny, cold and had no hot water for showering. They stacked the few hotel guests all together in consecutive rooms so we had to listen to conversations and their televisions all night. They also charged $10 usd extra for two parking spaces for our motorcycles, eventhough they don't take as much room as one car. The room was not clean or sanitized. There was no stairway on our end of the hotel, which is a fire hazard. I wouldn't stay here again.

When I decided to book this hotel it had a 4 star rating, and booking kept insisting on reserving because it was a great/smart deal. First off when I arrived to the hotel the lady in the reception said I had no reservations made, then she looked and found out she was wrong, then she was arguing with me about how the charges were made without explaining that the hotel don't accept online payments, they have no cable, they have no vending machines, their Wi-Fi password wasn't available and when they gave me the password the wifi just didn't reach to my room. The showers sucked.
