Five stars all the way for location, value and room size. I enjoyed walking around for food in the area (many options). Great office desk and chair, strong internet, super quiet. I went there to find a place to work with focus and it was perfect for that.

Pillows were awful, though. And the lights in hallway don’t turn on when you’re descending stairs (meaning you risk hurting yourself by going down in the dark). Please fix that. Having lights on only when someone walks is classic energy frugality and good for the environment— but the motion detector isn’t working properly. I won’t take a star away but this must be fixed! Also, don’t tell people on booking sites that you have a gym and when the guest gets here it’s been out of service for a long time. That’s just unfair for people thinking they can work out at the hotel

The door in the toilet isn't a door. It's look like lattice. Your friend in the room can listen all , that you do in the toilet. It's not good ventilation. The smell isn't good.

Close to the city centre. Very friendly staff. 24 h parking two doors down. Nice size rooms, with living room, big bathroom, desk and ironing room, safe box available. Clean.

As some other hotels in Morelia we’ve visited before, they look they’ve seen better days. Although relative to others, this hotel is well kept, it think they ask for a refurbishment. The room was rather cold and upon request, the cleaning lady (very friendly lady) left us a second quilt, but may be a heater would have been good.

I didn’t take breakfast. I didn’t know if you were providing breakfast. But I really would like to stay again. And of course I would recommend people

My room didn’t have airón to fix my clothes. And also didn’t have the tool to fix my hair.

Location was very good, staff very nice, the bed was comfortable. very ample covered parking lot.

Friendly staff, fairly small parking but we could get room for our car (located 50m away from the hotel). The room was very small but convenient. Great location, a street away from the main street which leaves the noise out but you're still close to every shops, restaurants...

The room was not very clean, especially the carpet. The wifi was fairly slow.

The gym was closed for remodeling. but I think they just have it permanently closed. it was such a disappointment since I specifically book rooms with a gym if I plan to use it.

Nice location, close to the centre. They also have parking space which is perfect.

The location is excellent. The staff is great! I especially enjoyed chatting with Ruby and Berenice :) I loved my room. It was super nice and quiet! Berenice does an amazing job keeping everything super clean. I extended my stay while there and to be honest I wouldn’t mind returning in the near future to perhaps stay even longer.

The first couple of rooms I looked at were a bit dark, but the room I ended up with was great! Ruby was very helpful!
