Very centrally located One block from the beach 🏖️ Half min to a very nice plaza Walk out front entrance turn right and anything a person needs from food to hardware is located along a four block boulevard with lots of shade garbage cans and benches to sit on and relax and ponder why in the heck I did not discover this place decades ago like all the other Canadians and Americans who are everywhere here Locals are very friendly and helpful The best part is it as safe as possible

Hotel is not dog friendly as advertised and they almost did not let me stay until I showed them they are number 3 out of ten for pet friendly hotels Had to pay 150 peso extra per day Hotel staff fell in love with my dog after less than a day

Hotel is Mexican. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It is right downtown. Great choice to see Mexico. Not a resort. Real nice village. . If you want a good Mexican experience stay here

Bed was too hard. We had a Tv in the room that was damaged but watchable. The cold water didn't work in the bathroom sink. We did not mention this as it was mot important. The free breakfast was hard to arrange and we did not get breakfast 3 of our 10 days. Restaurant is closed Tuesdays

Breakfast unbelievable. Didn’t remember breakfast included so they found us and we could go across street and order anything we wanted. Room cleaned everyday, spotless. Very, very happy

Location is awesome if you want to feel the pulse of La Peñita. You are literally in the middle of everything! The room was big and the beds comfortable.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff very good. Wifi worked good. Good location.

Noise from outside until 2am, but the hotel can't really do much about rude Mexican Taquieras downstairs on the street.
