The stay was great. Hotel staff incredibly accommodating and the place had a very peaceful energy. Breakfast was delicious. This is definitely somewhere perfect for people looking for a quiet place to stay. It was a short walk to town/beach and you have the tiniest bit of an uphill when approaching the property, very convenient.

The room setup was a little funny because the toilet room window was opened into the courtyard and the interior door for it did not reach the ceiling but this is something I've encountered many times in Mexico and Italy as well so it didn't concern me very much but might be a concern for other travelers. Best if your super comfortable with who you are staying with but not all rooms were like this.

The breakfasts were absolutely authentic and delicious from homemade bread and mango jam, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and the main dishes were soooo great! Pool was so great! Staff were so friendly

We would have liked to have a fridge and safe in the room. We would have liked being closer to the beach but was a great shopping walk there. The only thing to warn people of is there is a nearby neighbour whose rooster crowed every single morning at 4 am and disturbed our sleep:( It did add to the authenticity of the beautiful boutique resort and quaint town though

I loved it here! The staff were so lovely, and helpful, i would love to stay here again. Each morning we were treated to a different homemade breakfast that was delicious. This was my favourite part of staying here. They had beach umbrella's and beach blankets to take to the beach. It's was close to everything in San Pancho. The room was laid out perfectly and very clean, lots of places to hang clothes and towels. Our room entrance was right beside the pool, very convenient for wanting to hang out at our accommodation. It was a very quiet stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is small but warm and deep enough to swim in. Breakfast varied a bit everyday and included fresh bread/toast, fruit, homemade jams, and strong coffee.

Our room was cramped. A double bed and only room to put one suitcase. No chair, no table, but several hooks and a shoe shelf to help manage storage. The toilet and shower in the same room separated only by a glass partition feels awkward. It looked like most of the other rooms were larger for the same price.

Casa San Pancho is a wonderful place to stay. The location, setting, rooms are very nice. Lots of beautiful vegetation and landscaping. The pool and deck area were very enjoyable. Breakfasts were delicious, staff were wonderful and helpful. It is an easy short walk to the beach area from the casa with many good shops and services nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like, it exceeded our expectations in many ways.

Hotel Casa San Pancho was overall, an amazing stay. Their breakfast was delicious and their customer service, excellent! The rooms and common areas were extremely clean & well maintained. The only downfall was that our window facing the busy San Pancho streets was not properly sealed and it could get quite noisy at night. It’s definitely not in a party area so this usually resolved early in the night. Just something to note. We will definitely book again!!!

Beautiful place. The whole place was furnished with furniture and artwork from Thailand. Staff awesome. Location was close to beach and downtown but not too close

The noise of roosters and guests were a little loud due to the normal way of life and construction of buildings in Mexico. But you will experience this almost everywhere there.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast room is beautiful, with a great view. The breakfasts are great. They have a pool and pool area that is great. We actually had two visits, one day apart. The 1st one was for one night in a normal room by the pool. The 2nd visit was for 3 nights and in the master suite - very large with a wraparound deck and great views.

Great sized rooms, the staff were so friendly! Bed was big and comfy. The pool is small but perfect for just a few people - great to cool off in the heat of San Pancho! The breakfasts were delicious - lots of fresh fruit and a delicious hot main course. Loved our stay here! It's a short walk to the beach - we liked not being right on the beach.

Full walls around the toilet would be great - but not a big deal!

Exactly as the photos showed. Big comfy bed. Good blinds to keep the sun out so we could enjoy a sleep in. Lovely to be able open the windows and let fresh air in during the day. The staff were lovely and smiling and very helpful. Just five minutes walk to the beach. The vibe here is very chill and made the stop at san Pancho very enjoyable.
