I enjoyed my experience in this hotel - the staff was friendly and helpful, food was always fresh, all facilities were always clean. I didn't go to the beach as it didn't look like the beach you would normally spend your vacation on (big waves, zero people around, but someone can actually like it :) the "adults only" concept of the atmosphere had additional value for me, having the quite atmosphere. I would say that this is where people are looking for relaxation, not crazy partying :) We arrived early in the morning and were invited by enjoy all benefits (restaurants, pools etc) before the check-in with no additional payment.

On the check-out date we wanted to stay longer in the hotel and pay cash for the food and beverage, should we order some. We were advise by the front desk that we need to pay extra for the late check-out, which is fine, but at the same time they advised that we can't use the room for this late check-out time (which seems odd).

The grounds were beautiful. The rooms comfortable and clean.

The girl at the breakfast restaurant, I think her name is Paola was ALWAYS super rude and made every meal a disaster! Besides that the rest of the staff was amazing! We were with a group of 9 people and at least 2 others had to file a complaint with the front office.

The location is excellent ! The way the property is designed superb. The staff could not be any more welcoming or accommodating. Please …. the classes are authentically taught and welcoming… and staff tremendous. So happy to have found this gem ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The beach is amazing and the landscape design is beautiful, the food was excelent

Our room was on top of the bar with shows every night ...they were unnecessary loud. We were tired from the beach and wanted to sleep no listening to the DJ

- Lovely infinity pool with spectacular view of the Pacific ocean. -Delicious food with a lot of variety and good quality. -: the spa is very very nice

- The people trying to sell me their time share who, upon finding out I'm married but was travelling solo, started that I surely needed my husband's permission to buy anything. - Not the best cocktails in the open bar, other all inclusives I've been to in Mexico offer higher quality

The facilities are quite amazing. Specially loved the private beach on the back of the hotel rather than the pools. You have more privacy. Even though the water is warm there's quite some rocks. Breakfast is top notch, buffet you have a bit of everything highly recommend.

Booked about 1 month in advance. Arrived end of morning and the only demand I had was if by any chance my room could be ready for 12. Unfortunately my demand couldn't be fulfilled and had to wait till 3. Amazing hotel but you do need to pay the price for it.

The place was amazing. A hidden jewel in Nayarit.

We went to one of their restaurants and the service was the worst ever had, the restaurant had only 5 tables occupied and we need to wait more than 1:30 hours to get our food.

Hotel needs more staff, people were so slow for attention in the restaurants.
