Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable (kitchenette in the King room was a nice touch). Coffee and water available 24 hours in the snack area, good size pool with lots of shade and towels available for pool or beach. Hotel is a short 5-minute walk to the “quiet” beach and close to some amazing restaurants. We loved the location - very quiet, easily walkable to the town centre but away from the noise and crowds of the tourist zone.

The room had basic furnishings, an extra chair or bedside table would have been useful in the room. There was a small issue with water pressure and hot water in the complex that was addressed right away by staff, but a few evenings we noticed the hot water supply was low (possibly more people using at night)

- There was fresh coffee each morning that was a nice touch. Plus a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles. - Beds were very comfortable, showers had nice pressure. - Nice location, tucked away from the craziness of downtown. - Staff were incredibly friendly and kind. - The pool area and landscaping were beautiful.

- The communal washroom by the pool/coffee area was in rough shape. The men’s toilet seat was broken. - There were neighbouring roosters that woke us up from 4am onwards and didn’t stop until around 7am. This was obviously not any fault of the property, but it wasn’t the best sleep.

Small, cute hotel a few blocks from the beach. They offer coffee, tea, and cold water for free in the pool area. The bed was comfortable.

The coffee/tea was available around 8:30 am; there was nothing around to get coffee before 8. I am an early bird. The hotel is not on a paved road so there is a lot of dust everywhere. Upon our arrival, we wanted to cut our trip short to 3 nights rather than 4, but management would not give us a refund for the 4th night so we stayed.

Casa Real is such a beautiful and authentic place to stay! I can highly recommend Casa Real to everyone, who's travelling to the beautiful little surfertown Sayulita. Casa Real has such an high enery and the owner put so much detail to everything. This place is made with Love and a hidden gem. The botique hotel is based in the best area of Sayulita. The garden, the pool and all the details to everything, made us even more relaxe and just enjoy beautiful Mexico.

Casa Real is such a beautiful Botique Hotel. The service and the people are amazing friendly and we felt like in paradise. The garden and the pool is awesome and it‘s for just a small amount of people. A place to relax and recharge batteries in the amazing little Surfer Town Sayulita. We can recommend the area where the Hotel is the most! Only a few minutes walk and you are in the markets, shops, restaurants & bar area! Casa Real is Highly recommended from our side❤️‍🔥

The whole staff were super accommodating throughout our stay. Great location far enough away to not hear town but only a quick 4-5min walk to everything. Room is clean, comfortable, and quaint! In room refrigerator was awesome and onsite water filtration access to cold / hot water was simple to have all the water you want! Beach is 2-3 mins away and many great restaurants (in our opinion) are 2-3 mins away.

Loved the location, the architecture, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful.

There was no table outside (or inside) our room like all the others had, so there was no place to chill or eat takeout except the pool. The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

The desk clerk, Leo, was amazing. Thank you, Leo, for your sincere friendliness and helpful information. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. And the location was in our favourite part of town. We will definitely be back to Casa Real.

Nice room with Kitchenette. Beautiful pool, very clean and well maintained. Water for drinking and coffee tea in am. Very short walk to quiet beach, easy stroll into town. Will definitely go back.

Maria was so pleasant and helpful during y stay here. The location keeps you away from the noise of the centre of town. Nice coffee, tea and filtered drinking water available daily. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Sayulita.
