All staff were friendly and helpful. They constantly checked in to ensure you had what you needed.

I didn't particularly appreciate how guests saved pool and beach chairs with their towels and then were not at the chairs the whole day; other resorts do not allow chairs to be saved and removed towels if guest were not around.

Old style Mexican Villa, open, clean, lovely Mexican tile and white plaster, many terraces. Great Mexican breakfast buffet on a terrace . Yoga classes every day. Quiet walk a few blocks away from center, a half block from beach, beach massages, beach bars. Not as many peddlers like Puerto Vallarta. Very mellow.

No tv , but not an essential, read a book, write a letter. Room privacy, kind of a biggie is the issue here with curtain thing. During day it’s kind of dark in the rooms, and lighting is not bright and you want natural light in but there are these skinny dark curtains that when you open people walking by can see right inside. Even closed they can see inside if they look in on the side. If they would just hang up the sheer white or lace curtain panels for privacy letting light in and you can still see outside a little it would be so much more comfortable. They have these pull down shades but they are too dark also. And people can still see inside when your out because you can only have them down when your inside.

Property was so gorgeous! Staff was great and very kind. loved the yoga terrace, but the massage I received was my favorite!

My room had a window right by the key entry, and you could see into my room and even into my bathroom. I think my room #12 was the only one like this. It made me super nervous at night - I would recommend putting some curtains. My door was right next to another room and they can very easily peer in if and whenever they wanted to. That would be my only suggestion to change. While I did feel safe at the property, it just made a little on edge.

The breakfast was terrific: a creative, hot meal, something a little different every morning. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and good coffee—everything I love in the morning. I wish I had time to participate in the daily yoga sessions, which appeared to be at a higher level than the typical yoga/meditation you might find at a resort-style hotel. I was just too busy with a wedding. Also, and most importantly, the hotel was very clean due to a great housekeeping staff. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and I loved the location on the Northside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was very colorful! The location was convenient and a short 10-15 walk to town without any hills or difficult terrain. I didn’t need to rent a golf cart. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. There wasn’t much meat, but it catered to different dietary restrictions such as gluten free. It was nice that there was a pool and foot wash near the front so we didn’t have to have sandy or muddy feet going back to the room. Showers were hot and the AC was very strong!!

The shower water pressure was weak and showers looked like they needed bleach or a bit more thorough cleaning on the tile. The remote for the AC was very dirty, so I had to clean it with rubbing alcohol. The beds were very firm, which was fine for me, but too hard for my husband. The irons and hair dryers had to be borrowed from the front desk. The iron looked worn out and there was no ironing board. It was hard to fully iron some clothing since there was no board and we were told to simply use the bed to iron.

Location in Sayulita was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants but still in a quiet area. Old-style building, with the 2 swimming pools and gardens and flowers were very peaceful and relaxing. Staff was kind and efficient. Breakfast was great

We booked 2 rooms. The 4-people room was great (our kids had great time). Ours was not close to the first one, smaller and darker. No real view... A boiler and/or coffee machine would have been appreciated.

The breakfast is incredible. It's a buffet with fresh fruit and food cooked at the moment. On the weekends they have pancakes/ french toasts. The yoga shala is the main reason why we booked here. We went to class and they were amazing. You can see there is a yoga community with the expats who live in Sayulita. During our staty it was very quiet which was nice.

The WiFi was not working at our room, hence to work I had to go either to the pool area or the breakfast are which can be a bit more noisy than a room.

breakfast was great. lots of variety. rooms were super clean. staff was helpful. place is nicer than pictures, and incredibly clean. nice balcony. lots of nice greenery. great and mostly quiet location.

we were on third floor and was a bit of generator noise for a while at night (not all night though). we also had asked to be put near the swimming pool on main floor and were not. said they were all full. They also had a strange towel policy, which involved leaving ID for beach and pool towels and was a bit of a nuisance. and always seemed short of them. so hopefully that gets fixed. I would have also liked to have seen more comfortable seating on the room floors. they had wooden bench chairs, but not really pleasant for lounging. some nice cushioned couches would have been great, as the seating around pool is very limited. and hanging out on the other floors would have been nice too. but absolutely would stay again and totally recommend!

Breakfast was incredible, as were the daily yoga classes. My friend and I extended our stay immediately because we did not want to leave this beautiful place. Perfect walking distance to everything you need and only 5min to the beach. We got lovely massages and facials at a reasonable price. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at

Brings some earplugs if you are a light sleeper who likes to sleep in. The open courtyard can echo but it really isnt too bad at all

Loved the beautiful, clean hotel and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was amazing and the yoga surpassed my expectations. You do get a discounted rate for the yoga classes if you stay there, so be sure to ask! Overall an amazing vibe!

I did need to ask the staff to re-connect the wifi so that it was operational again, and they did fix it. I found the pillows or something about the bed was making body tight from sleeping on their beds.
