For what we paid, the room was incredible value. Very clean and spacious and great bathroom with awesome shower. Location is excellent very short walk to beach and main town area. Staff were lovely. Wifi was fine for streaming

I don't think the place has a reception. No big deal but when trying to leave our bags somewhere at 11am for 3pm check in it was impossible. Not ideal lugging luggage around for 4 hours in the heat as couldn't just chill down beach. We ended up getting in touch with owner at 1.30pm who was super helpful at that time. Just something to keep in mind if arriving before 2-3pm

It was absolutely perfect. Pool was wonderful. Air-conditioning, powerful fan, hot shower, TV with cable, coffee maker & ground coffee provided, mini fridge, sofa and bed, lots of shelves to put your bags, maid service so friendly, lounge chairs and tables around pool. Close to beach and mini-super next door, local restaurants across the street, quiet at night, view of the stars, guests in surrounding rooms also really kind and fun. Had a great time with my 5 year old. Least expensive+ the best place we stayed in Sayulita. This hotel knows how to accommodate travelers!! 3 other hotels we stayed at treated us like we are untrustworthy or are planning to damage something. Always a surprise in Mexico! Playa Azul was a super pleasant surprise 😀

Awesome location, a few minutes walking to the beach and town. Simple clean accommodation with fridge and coffee maker.

I really liked how accomodating and fast the check in was. The bathroom was beautiful. The air conditioning seemed to work very well. I also liked the space, just enough room and had a good mini kitchenette!

The noise from downtown was so loud. Also a drunk person was at the door around 3am yelling very loudly. Unfortunately because of how the space is laid out all the street noise comes inside the suites.

I was happy with the overall experience and the location. The front is easy to identify as different from the rest. I think the only thing you could do aesthetically is perhaps put up a mural, but the place itself was really really fantastic.

The place was really close from the beach and from the main plaza, everything was walking distance, the room was comfortable and the staff were kind and welcoming.

There’s things that could be improved but honestly I think it’s a great deal in terms of price/location.

The quality of the hotel is very good for the price. Everything is clean and in good condition. Very well located. Note that Sayulita is a very noisy town and you will hear the music of the strip until 4AM. Only issue, the pillows were not good.

The location is great! The pool is really nice! The people here are friendly! Great restaurants are close! Try the Italian restaurant around the corner , or the burger place out front!

It’s all good. The shower out front is great to clean your feet before you go in or shower.

The hotel is perfectly located near romantic zone and Malecon. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and clean, the lady working the morning shift was very helpful and nice. However there was another different lady working evening/night shift of 8pm she's really rude and you can tell she doesn't like helping anyone with queries even though she was not busy and just chatting on her mobile, people with that attitude should not be allowed to work in hospitality she ruins the hotel image.
