Location near to the town centre but right next to the bus station which luckily operated during day light hours only.The staff were always keeping the place clean.

The room was supposed to be a junior suite but did not have a lounge area with comfortable seats to watch the TV. The noise of the buses was quite irritating if you were in the small garden at the back of the hotel sunbathing. Rather than plants , a wall between the property would reduce the noise.

just far enough out of the core area so wasn't very noisy. Rooms were a good size, bathrooms a bit small. Friendly staff. Gold cart rentals available through the hotel. Very nice pool and pool decks.

The cleaning staff were way too loud through out the day, especially in the morning. Yelling at each other from different floors. Made enjoying sitting around the pool to relax hard to do at times.

Staff were extremely responsive. Good location. Close enough, but not too congested.

We had to request toilet paper. The shampoo was not sufficient. There was only luke warm water in the bathroom on some days. The room door lock was difficult to work and not properly installed.

Location was good but not amazing. Felt a little bit far, however Sayulita is very small. and within minutes we were in town. Is not a complaint is just an observation

Just I think they should take more care in dusting and cleaning the items in the bathroom. And to be certain to put all the towels and all what is needed.

The room as are spacious, and the pool was perfect for our toddler. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were really nice!

It’s a fairly long walk to the beach, but convenient for the bus.

The hotel was so clean and the room was spacious. Loved having a full size fridge. Water refill station on each floor. The beds and pillows were really comfy. Easy to walk everywhere from there.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Everything worked fine, shower, toilet, Wifi, safe etc all were good. Design looks modern and pleasant. Since it's not in the heart of town did not suffer from the loud noise of the bars so better sleep.

Right next to bus station, while it's a pretty easy walk into town, it is not in town nor on the beach so every time you leave your room you are in for a walk. Sayulita is all about the beach or the party buzz of the town.

Location, pool and helpful staff. Location is far enough away from the hectic town to be quiet, but only a 3- 4 minute walk. Room was big. Towels provided for beach which is fantastic. The staff really are great.

Unfortunate smell in our bathroom due to poor plumbing. There is no trap under the sink, just a temporary plastic corrugated pipe which allows the smell to come back up the line. I doubt it's the same in every room.

very convenient and close to the centre

could be very noisy with the pool and also if the clients in the room under is decided to through a party in their room or talk loud. You can hear everything, it’s not really sound proof.

Very nice kitchenette wtih daily coffee provided. Next to the road but very quiet once you enter the courtyard. Staff is incredible.

the in room safe worked fine but I had difficulty figuring it out.
