The place is in an ideal location away from the noise of central Sayulita but just a short walk into town. The value for money with the accommodation is amazing! Staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Only a small thing but we didn’t receive all of the information at check in with the code to the front gate missing. This meant we had to climb over when we arrived back late on one night. Also, the coffee pot at reception was not regularly full of a morning which would have been nice to have.

Everything was fantastic, Francisco the owner is an incredible human being with an enormous heart. To spare the details he brought my husband to the hospital without hesitation after a malaise sent him to be hospitalized for the rest of our trip. He was empathetic and caring and provided us with incredible hospitality that you rarely get in this world today. The room was perfect, quiet and quaint the necessities needed on vacation. It's also better that the wifi is shotty so you have less distractions from the world you are trying to escape from. Caminante the Belgian Shephard is a sweet baby that will give you all of his affection if you let him. Marisella the go to lady. Her coffee and breakfast in the morning are on point. And the view...the sunrise is spectacular, the sounds of the little village waking up in the morning are superb, the roosters, the dogs, the little traffic below. When you listen to the sleepy village waking up it humbles your soul. If you doubted choosing this place, I hope this review solidifies your choice.

Maybe it would have been a good idea to rent à golf cart just for the first ride up but it obligated us to work on our cardio.

Great rooms, beautiful central balcony in suite, very spacious, fresh air. Nice that each room had its own bathroom (we had 2 bedroom with kitchenette). Useful kitchenette. Great view of the town. The pool was very nice to relax by. Hill leading up to hotel is steep but short.

Check in was a little confusing, check in desk isn't always staffed. Got in ok though

The property was so lovely!!! Very relaxing & quiet by the pool (where I spent the majority of my time). You can tell they put a lot of care and attention into the upkeep of the property, everywhere was clean, spotless & the gardens were luscious. It was just a short 10 minute walk to the center of Sayulita, I always felt safe, even when walking at night by myself. The property manager, Mario, was so kind & helpful throughout my stay. I felt well taken care of. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

My room was a bit small, but it was good enough for what I needed as a solo traveller! Not an issue.

Interesting arrangement, with two private bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and an open kitchen/living room space between. Balcony overlooked the pool and some of the town. Not far to walk to the main plaza where there are lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc and which is used as pick-up point for many of the tours (and it's downhill going to the plaza). Some people may find the mattresses a bit hard. Hotel provides drinking water as needed - just ask at the desk. Restaurant will provide evening meals but you have to ask in advance. Rooms are basic but have the necessities. No hair dryers or extras like that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to meet others because it's a relatively small hotel. Be sure to ask for cleaning at least every other day, if not every day, since they ask you not put paper in the toilet system.

Location is a bit challenging. It's fine for those who are fit but if you have trouble with hills this is not likely the hotel for you. Also you must be comfortable with not putting paper in the toilet - not uncommon in Mexico.

Very nice staff. Helped me out with a cup for a tea and ordered a taxi for me early in the morning. I could even check in a bit earlier, very easy. Nice pool to relax and a quiet area away from the crowd.

Steep hill to get to the hotel and no elevator. If you travel with heavy suitcases be aware to carry them up/down the stairs. In the drawer i found some clothes from a person before me, so that was not so well checked.

The location was great. It's up a hill, which is fine for us as we are young and live at high elevation. They swept the pool area every day so it was nice and clean. The receptionist was there waiting for us at the check in time that I posted in our booking . There's a sweet dog that hangs out sometimes and he likes to snuggle!

I wish we knew that the restaurant was closed. That was a huge factor when I booked. Also, most places offer a discount for construction, which there was construction at the villas every day of our trip, unbeknown to us. I manage 80 vacation properties back home and we always offer a lower rate when there is work being done.

The views are beautiful, so is the property. The staff was nice and accommodating. Our first night the AC wasn’t working initially and they were quick to respond via message and came in the morning to change out the remote batteries. Landscaping was beautiful. I really love that they had a water cooler for us in the room to refill our water bottles and cut down on purchases new bottles.

I liked everything, but the hike up to the property was a challenge at the end of a long active day and/or lots of drinking. Worth the views though.

The pool area is lovey and it’s nice it’s slightly out of town as it’s quiet. Very nice view and option to rent a golf cart

We stayed in a room rather than a villa. I would recommend getting a villa as the rooms felt dark and small. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a big deal for us

Outside facilities are lovely and man on reception very nice.

Room on bottom floor needs updating. Toilet doesn't work and you have to plunge. Not good enough for the price. If it was cheaper I would say you get what you pay for, but in this day and age a flushing toilet should work. Up a steep hill, not good for elderly or those who have trouble walking.
