The location is amazing a way from hustle and bustle of the town but the great thing about it is that with a 5 minutes walk you are in heart of restaurents , bars and boutiques ! Front desk staff are very kind and polite The Hotel does not have kitchen or bar they only clean the rooms ! There are two pools in the property one in between the villas and the other one up the hill like infinity pool which is kinda beach front ! The scenery is very nice like Thailand jungles The place is very quite The view of the pool up the hill is priceless

The only issue is that there is no bar or kitchen so u are not able to eat at the property

Location was great! We were close enough to town to walk across the bridge that was directly across the property. The room was huge and loved that we had a fridge. Waking up to the sounds of all the chickens and birds was very peaceful (we have chickens at home so the noise is normal for us)

Maybe coffee in the lobby? We did have water in the room which was super nice! But honestly this place was great.

We enjoyed having the swim-out. It was very convenient to walk across the rainbow bridge to go into San Pancho.

The check out was a little odd. We were trying to check out and get our deposit back at 08:00 and waited 30 mins for someone to come check us out.

Large rooms. Amazing swimming pool. A hotel with very good potentiel, and could gain a lot in offering services in situ and with a bit of refresh.

The location of the property is a bit far of the beach, but you can reach the town easily.

Comfortable beds and spacious accommodation. Lovely beach club pool. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. A few minute walk from downtown and all amenities. Property is secure and private away from the hustle and bustle. Very peaceful.

Strangely lacking in any atmosphere, nothing at all provided beyond the room , not even anywhere to gat a coffee....bizarre

The pool overlooking the ocean is by far the best part of the hotel.

The rooms were extremely musty smelling even with the ac on or doors open.

Soo nice and peaceful If you like peaceful and quiet, this is the place
