Nice room. Pretty comfortable bed. Very clean. The grounds were absolutely lovely! Huge grass yard right up to the beach. There are more lounge chairs by the pretty pool than guests, so you never had to go down and claim one before they were all taken. There is a lagoon nearby, so if you are a bird watcher then this ia an excellent spot! The bar/restaurant next door at the beach was spectacular!! The food was excellent. Incredible ceviche! So fresh. Nice friendly service. I rented a car, so there is a free and secure parking lot right on property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a stay in San Pancho.

Check in experience was a little cold. Seemed like he was irritable. I could tell he was a bit annoyed when trying to explain how to set a code and use the room safe. Maybe he was just having a bad day? Otherwise, the rest of the staff were friendly.

San Pancho is a town that for the most part only accepts pesos. Every day was a little stressful as to whether we would have enough money to eat, drink, etc. I would recommend that the hotel let guests know this is the case and bring pesos with them. Sometimes the ATMs around town worked and sometimes they didn’t but they all had caps on the amount of money that we could take out. 3000 pesos max. If you’re adding excursions onto your stay like we did, that eats into your total amount of money.

There was no continental breakfast or coffee but many restaurants to choose from within a short walk of the hotel. The beach was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Great location not only to the beach, but to shops and restaurants.

We are senior citizens, and what bothered us, and our friends that stayed there also commented on a step up to the bathroom. At night you cannot see the step because the painted strip is very very faded. I think this should be corrected. I don’t consider this a wheelchair accessible hotel. I also think they should provide a hairdryer.

Hotel Ysuri location is stunning! The view from our room was amazing. The staff were very helpful. House cleaning was always done by the time we returned from breakfast. Just down the sidewalk that passes by the pool, you'll find several restaurants on the beach. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. You'll feel like you're living a Jimmy Buffet song! The hotel front gate opens onto the one way street of downtown San Pancho. There are many shops to visit, numerous restaurants to select, and very friendly people. Secured parking was provided by the hotel.

Nothing. We were there for a wedding, and it fit our needs perfectly. Since we had a rental car, we also visited some nearby cities including Sayulita, a major tourist destination crowded & expensive. San Pancho was by far the best. We cannot wait to go back again!

The beach is stunning if you like a heavy surf. It’s a powerful break so swimming is a challenge but fun. It’s clean and uncrowded so it’s a great place to just enjoy the ocean. This hotel offers direct access to the sand which impacted our choice to stay there.

The beach chairs provided by the resort are in a roped off area and quite a distance from the water. We enjoyed walking down the beach and just resting in the sand but if you want a beach lounger with umbrella close to the water, yoh may end up renting from a local vendor.

This was our third visit to San Pancho, but the first to Hotel Ysuri. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property, the friendly and accommodating hotel manager, and it's location. This gorgeous property is situated right in the heart of San Pancho at the end of the main street, next to the main beach entrance. It offers spacious, landscaped grounds, and a heated, clean, and well looked after pool. The property borders the beach, a small beach bar, and a breakfast restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to our friends. We will be back. Special thanks to Penelope for being so understanding, when our flight was very late in arriving.

We had no issues. Everything was taken care of quickly and completely.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The grounds were well maintained and pretty. It was nice they provided beach towels and complimentary water, always a much appreciated added benefit. Our particular room was great because of the view overlooking the grounds and out towards the ocean, a calm relaxing environment.

Unfortunately the things we didn’t like were fairly out of their control…some noise. There was a particular dog that barked all 3 mornings we were there, so not sure if it was outside the property or someone walking their dog in/through the property. And there was a party on the grounds which was noisy until late. But various levels of noise is to be expected, and this was on the lesser end of the spectrum.

The location is fantastic! Right on the beach. A private section with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is lovely and refreshing! The lobby area is really cool and very clean. We’d sit there to chat or read.

The lounge chairs and tables by the pool and the beach seemed a bit dirty. The beach section needed to be raked for the litter unfortunately left by guests (?).

The location of this property is excellent. Penelope and her staff were very helpful gracious and accommodating. I would suggest management consider the inferior quality of the “ground floor” room in their pricing as it certainly is not up to the excellent standard of the other rooms there. We had an excellent experience and recommend all but that room.

The bathroom shower was a bit of a disaster. The water temperature swung back and forth between ¨cold ¨and MUCH TOO HOT!, on its own, resulting in the necessity to move very rapidly around the enclosure, to avoid being suddenly scalded by the unsolicited change in water temp. To make matters much worse, this all took place on a VERY SLIPPERY floor! There were only two(2) tiles, on the whole floor of the shower enclosure, that were covered with a non-slip coating of some sort - the rest of the shower floor was like trying to walk on ice! NOT an enjoyable shower experience!
