Rooms - The rooms & shower were fine but are a bit dated. Bed - The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean - no issues Breakfast - The breakfast is free and I was happy with what was on offer. Staff - Were always nice and helpful if you needed any information Location - I was there for work, plenty of eating options

There are no fridges in the rooms, I think this is important especially when staying in a hot country. There was no free bottle of water which you normally get in some of the other hotels The pool doesn't have umbrellas which is important to stay out the sun. This moan is not just based on this hotel - I do wish hotels (not all) in North America would stop using plastic forks, knives and spoons for breakfast - you've got to think of the environment

We were in transit through Monterrey. We arrived in the late evening, called for the shuttle which came very quickly. Both the dispatcher and the driver were very helpful. It was so reassuring after a long tiring day. Check in was fast and easy, great service. The room was small but clean and quiet. Shuttle service in the early morning was again great.

There were some young people staying as well with noises down the hall and some running. But in our room we heard little of that.

The free shuttle to and from the airport were great. Breakfast is included too. Location is excellent within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

With the construction, it is confusing to figure out how to enter the building and access the front desk (no clear signage). The shower curtain only had 10% of the rings hooked completely, plus the curtain itself had a weird odor. Even though breakfast is included, our flight left too early to be able to partake in breakfast. It would be nice if they offered a to-go option like some other hotel breakfasts.

The ice machine only

The the 1st floor is very noisy because a lot of people passes by the hall and next to the room was a door, a sofa, the elevators and the ice machine.. The noise was more in the morning because a lot of people and kids go for breakfast. Breakfast was OK... But crowded. The rooms smelled weird... Like wet that lingers inside and the installations are old. The cleaning was not very good in the bathroom.. I could still see hairs from the last guest.

The facility was great. The staff was awesome. I loved the breakfast because it was real food, not just toast and cereal. We were able to get in the pool, and my son loved it. The location was great also because the highway was right across from the facility. We will definitely be booking there again.

It was all good. I had to choose a place near the airport for next morning departures due to some dumb customs thing that happened at the airport. The room was quiet and close to convenient food places. We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

There was just one paper cup for coffee. No cold cups for water. No complaints otherwise.

Close to the airport; need to request the shuttle over the phone after clearing baggage claim, etc. Breakfast was good and actually included veggies, which I don't think I've ever seen in a hotel breakfast buffet. Multiple dining options within the block. Rooms were good.

All breakfast plates and cutlery are disposable.

Location and shuttle were great. Huge bonus that the gym machines are in excellent shape. Mint really. No one else there. Simple but works great which is rare in Mexico from my travels. Staff was very helpful

Hotel was a bit more "worn" that I had imagined. Pillows were nice but the beds were a bit soft and soggy.

The staff was just amazing and helpful. the airport shuttle is a plus, including the driver was very nice, also the breakfast was good much better than a continental breakfast

My opinion is that removing the carpet would help a lot with a minor odor, although maids do a great job cleaning.

The room and bed was okay.

I didn't like that check-in time took longer than usual. I spent over 30 minutes at the front desk trying to check in and had quite a number of people behind me waiting for the same thing. Also, having to buzz a driver through the gate is inefficient as the receptionist does not look before they buzz you in due to the workload. So they might as well just take it off .
