The distance to the airport

I contacted the property through the booking messaging system to arrange the shuttle and I never got a reply. Then when at the airport I called the number showing in booking and they told me that the shuttle was only available from 10 PM, so I had to take a taxi… this was so wrong as they advertised free shuttle and that’s why I booked this hotel. When I got to the reception, the receptionist told me the shuttle was available and they did not have collection on my call… a bit misleading to be honest.

I needed transportation from airport to hotel . Wasn’t able to get a response by call or text message with the hotel to get pick up from airport My only way to comunícate with hotel staff was through booking thy never responded back to me Was very inconvenient and disappointed They told me I was supposed to call them directly to the hotel not through the app of booking 😚

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel like this one. Very helpful and pleasant staff. There was an unfortunate loss of electricity at check-in time but after about 30 minutes they came up with a solution that was well appreciated.

The airport pickup is a nightmare but it's not impossible. They told me to take a taxi from a specific company and they'd refund me. They did that immediately. They don't do early check-in and by the time it was time to check in, they had no electricity. We waited for abt 30 minutes before they figured something out.

Amidst the Microsoft Crisis, they were very attentive and very resourceful. The location is great. The transport van to the airport is excellent! Their chilaquiles breakfast is superb!!

My sheets where stained, like maybe from the carts wheels... I didnt like that. I found some hairs in the bed as well (not mine)... the door is very noisy, so when someone next to you (or nearby) closes it it wakes you up regardless.

Room is clean and quiet.

1. Front desk or shuttle driver does not speak English. We had to spent another $20 USD to get a Uber to send us from the airprot to the hotel. 2. It is kind of expensive. We paid $113 USD total for one night. But we only slept there for about 3 hours, then we went to MTY airport to catch the next flight. (This time, we got a free shuttle from the hotel)

Small and clean room. It was all I needed for one night. There was food next to the hotel and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and respectful. I definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

The location is excellent, and you even have Starbucks, Seven Eleven and some restaurants next to the hotel. If you are willing to walk 5 minutes, you will also have a nice Italian restaurant and a tex-mex restaurant as well. Also the shuttle to the airport is a PLUS. It departs every 30 minutes the 24hours, from hotel entrance.

I liked the location A couple miles from the airport. I didn’t eat breakfast because the time but I’m very happy with the place .

It took me a few seconds to figure out how to use the elevator nobody told me, that I have to insert the key in the slot in order to operate the elevator. Not a big deal

Excellent breakfast, airport shuttle included!

There were missing toiletries. There was not hand soap, no body wash and not hair conditioner.
