I loved that it was simple with everything we needed for our stay (shampoo, soap, fan, TV…). The location was excellent, it was right at the heart of center. The WiFi was great.

Although the rooms were nice, they are a tad bit on the smaller side. Some rooms don’t have windows. The hot water at least during the evenings is nonexistent, I waited maybe 10 minutes for it to come out and it didn’t. So, it’s a lot of wasteful water.

In the morning the rooms around us were very noisy, waking us up very early....the staff should make note of the noise and request to guests be more considered to other guests staying

very clean , changing towels , shits etc every day location is also good , close to the markers , hot water was nice during cold mornings , personal is friendly

very noisy at night , can hear music from bars till very late , also my room was near terrace and when arrived smoking people the smoke of cigarettes always was in my room . The size of room very tiny , so for one person is ok if your don’t have lots of things with you , bad isn’t the most comfortable , for me a bit tough , but not too bad

It’s located in the Oaxaca centro. Across from the 20 de Noviembre mercado (swap meet/ market). Staff was nice and helpful. Felt safe.

Room was small. Bed was too firm. There is a bar next to it with loud music all day and night.

Easy check-in. Price was correct as booked. I had a balcony room which I enjoyed because of bustling street and the breeze. If you're over 6ft the ceiling beams will be challenging. Room was small, but fine for me. Would stay again.

The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the cathedral and has several shops and restaurants nearby, some close early, streetfood stalls are also very nice in this area and stay open later. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is very nice, with some tables and chairs and a decent view. Daily cleaning, towels, linnen and fresh drinking water provided.

The room itself seemed a bit of a project that developed over time: light switch not working here, light fixture painted over there. The bathroom has a good shower, but also a very low hanging concrete beam you might hit your head on. There is a mirror in the room, but it's on a random wall, not in the bathroom. It also lacks any storage space - there is no closet or something to put your clothes in etc, despite the room being big enough to fit some.

Great location across the 20th of November food market, 3 blocks from the main square - Zocalo

Some street noise, due to the main market across the street, however it wasn't a big deal

Location is perfect. Staff is wonderful. Could use taller stools up on roof for people watching below. Clean.

It was very close to everything. Located in the centro.

It is a little dated and the WiFi was spotty.
