The rooms were a good size for 3 people - 2 double beds and lots of plugs. Air conditioner worked great plus additional fans to help with the 30+ degree weather. Bathroom looked newly renovated with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toilet was in great working order - it's hard to find that in Zipolite. The hotel itself is in a perfect location - right in the centre of town and right on the beach. There is also a cafe right beside the hotel that serves great americanos. There is also a patio/balcony area available if you want to be on the beach but under shade. There is also a heated pool if you don't want to get sandy. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. I needed some help dealing with booking.com regarding an issue and they were more than helpful and patient. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The entire block lost power for one night so we had to sleep in the heat but that is not the hotel's fault. Aside from that, no complaints!

Excellent location in town close to all the shops and restaurants and on the beach. We were surprised to see that all the rooms had been renovated since our last stay in February.

No hot water on our last two days as the gas truck did not do a delivery on time. Not a major problem as the water is reasonably warm as it is.

Great hotel in an amazing location. One side of the hotel is right on the clothing optional beach and the other side is onto the main strip in Zipolite. This is a fairly basic but clean hotel and most importantly it has air conditioning which really worked well. It also had a nice sized pool which was warm after the heat of the day. Restaurants and shops are just steps away from the front of the hotel. No long walks to get drinking water, Bakery which also sells coffee just across the street from hotel entrance. Zipolite is a very chilled out location, lots of people barefoot and no need to get dressed up for dinner. Would definitely return to this great value gem of a hotel.

more of an FYI than a negative review...no safe, no restaurant, no ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities. if these are essential for your trip don't stay here.

The location of this hotel is spectacular - beach at one end and main street at the other. The rooms are clean and there is choice of fans or air conditioning. Loving sitting area on the beach and a lovely pool to use. The cost of the room was very fair for what you get and the location. Love this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. It will be our go-to place in Zipolite.

The staff were really helpful and genuinely nice. We really appreciated Anita, she was very kind and friendly. The rooms were cleaned early and new towels were provided. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Walking onto the beach, on the right-hand side there is a wonderful beach restaurant, Again, the waiters were super friendly and welcoming. Finally, even though the hotel is well located, there wasn't any noise.

Nothing to say here. Everything met our expectations.

Refurbished rooms, with good lighting - rare in Zipolite. Lots of shaded beachfront, with comfortable seating. Attentive staff, on duty 24 hours.

This hotel felt like a pretty normal run of the mill hotel. But had friendly staff, was kept clean, had a small pool area, had some tables and chairs and hammocks outside each door. But what I loved the most was the location! It's right on the beach on one end and right in the middle of town on the other end. Doesn't get much better than this. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked well! I'd stay again!

Nothing fancy, but also not super expensive.

Great location, on the beach and the main street with restaurants. Not many hotels in Zipolite have AC, their rooms have AC, fans, TV, fridge, hot water, wifi. Relatively quiet location. Best option in Zipolite for short to medium duration stays.

This spot was so perfect that we have already made reservations to come back for New Years Eve. There are a couple of rooms of with snowbirds from Canada that stay for several months, they were a pleasure to meet and hang out with. Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Our rental car had a safe spot. The beach is on one side and then the small tourist strip on the other. All the places we went to eat were really good. The hotel has umbrellas and chairs for you to use. The wifi is unpredictable but that's normal for a beach hotel. On the first floor the rooms have hammocks. it was incredibly quiet.

Chill atmosphere, good staff, centrally located, sitting areas, on the beach, away from the more noisy hotels, gorgeous sunsets and sun rising, nice pools

Room, bathroom and replacement of shower heads and sink handles should be initiated….just improve general upkeep and maintenance. A “putzer” who likes to fix and repair things could have a ball here😏
