We spent a week in Room 203 Santo Domingo and loved it! Our suite was large, well appointed, and comfortable. It was at the top and the back of the hotel, so well away from traffic noise. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and quickly responsive to requests. They can recommend a driver to take you to the archeological sites or a taxi to the Centro or airport. The food in the restaurant was excellent! We tried many items off their menu and can highly recommend them for their seafood dishes. Every room overlooks the lovely courtyard garden where the birds would visit and you can enjoy the pool and whirlpool. We loved the design of the hotel, but if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground level suite. The multi-level restaurant is accessible by elevator. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood north of the Centro, which we liked and taxis were extremely affordable to take us to all the museums and attractions.

It was not clear from the booking page that hotel is located not in Oaxaca city itself. And we arrived late, it was already dark, but we saw we were not exactly where we were expecting it to be. If you come for 2-3 days to explore the town of Oaxaca - it is not the place to stay. If you have a car and main goal is to explore all the areas around city - this hotel would be great. We moved out next morning to stay in town, but because of booking policy we didn’t get our money back for not staying two more nights in the hotel, when technically it was not even Oaxaca.

It is so cute, I loved the design around the pool. A really fun pool especially for kids. Absolutely spotless. Great size room.excelleny, flawless cleaning staff. The kids play room was a welcome discovery!

Ok yes it's not in old town - we didn't want that though having spent a week there prior. In any case it's a short taxi away and there's some fun restaurants walking distance - Barbecoa was excellent! Their top floor sports TV is very loud but I think they know that. Breakfast was good despite comments here suggesting otherwise! It was great.

Hotel isvery well smart, clean and generally very well run. The rooms are comfortable, room servicing good and the beds also comfortable. Everything provided in the bathroom. The restaurant did not disappoint. Reception did their very best to assist, even given my complete lack of Spanish, my bad.

The included breakfast. No menu and some staff struggled to explain. Only astringent filtered coffee, anything else chargeable! You could choose an orange juice or fruit (very poor). A bun was offered (some obviously left over from the previous Valentines night) and the the main... How do you like your eggs? If you don't or can't then tough. Disappointing for the quality of the hotel.

Loved how beautiful it is. The food and staff are absolutely amazing and will cater to you so much. I cannot express how amazing they were. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

We liked everything. However, if you’re looking to be in the center and around restaurants, this may not be for you. My husband and I loved the space and we weren’t looking to be constantly in town partying so it was great. It takes between 20-30 mn to get to downtown with traffic but it’s only 1.2-2 miles

Good pastries and fruit

Breakfast options were too limited and not all servers were consistent in knowing what was included vs not so we ended up with too many surprise charges. Coffee special orders e.g. a latte took 15-30 min to get done and also some folks didn’t know how to use the machine so I ended up with regular coffee. Please ensure you also have non-cow milk e.g soy, oat, etc

Quality of rooms here is exceptional. Great view from the top. Nice food at the restaurant and amazing staff who deliver the best service to you

The location is little far from the centre so do not expect you can walk around this place.

The staff were eager to please and provided wine glasses and were eager to meet our requests. They called taxis and other details to enhance our visit. The room was decorated with high end furnishings and the bed and shower were perfect.

The wifi wasn’t sufficient to steam videos.

Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Hotel is nice.

I booked because had a hot/tub jacuzzi listed, but was not hot only lukewarm so unable to use. Pool is unseated and jacuzzi maybe in 80s. That was disappointing. Also their credit card machines not working well for hotel or restaurant. Had to try different cards several times to pay.

The place is beautiful nice seating areas, The staff were super nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The food is good.

The noise. They had an event with loud music. The elevator was not functioning and the restaurant is on the 3rd floor. The pool was not heated only the jacuzzi. The rooms felt dark and stuffy.
