The location is great, it's next to the plaza and many stores. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very quiet and clean.

The window wouldn't stay open, one bedside light didn't work, there was a weird smell early in the morning coming from the hot water tank on the window side of the room.

The hotel is located right next to the main square and everything is in walking distance. The staff was nice and they had our rooms ready upon arrival.

The parking lot is not part of the hotel and since it's always full, it's complicated to get in and out. The hotel has no elevator so getting a room on the third floor was complicated for an elderly person, also they could use some warm comforters in the rooms because the building is super cold inside, I assume it must be cool in the summer...

We love that is so closed to downtown. Just around the block. Small hotel family owned. Super friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean and spacious. They provided a hair dryer and cloth iron. Good water pressure on the shower.

The breakfast times changes depending the day. Breakfast is basic but appreciate it. I thought the room has A/C but no. They have a tower fan and a mini version on the closet.

My room faced away from the street and was quiet quite. The window was interior and so it stayed cool during the day, which is important as Tequisquiapan can be very hot. The room was clean. The hotel is very near to the main square.

The toilet was not clean when we arrived and we have to ask the staff to move us to another room

Bed was really comfortable and big, a lot of spacw, great price if you're traveling with two or three persons beside you.

Little maintenance details (cracked floor of the bathroom, broken w.c.). Diner was too small, we couldn't have breakfast there any of the days of our stay.

The property was well taken care off. Nice and pretty. Very clean and next to everything.
