The rooms are very spacious and modern-with comfortable beds, nice pillows, and hot showers. The grounds are peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Angel was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. He made great cafes and cocktails.

The internet would not work at all inside Room #8. It took a while for staff to believe that, as the Internet would work outside the room. Finally, we were moved to another room and over the course of our two nights stay the Internet failed repeatedly. This was incredibly frustrating. The restaurant food is blah and not up to standards for its price. In general this hotel needs to either lower its prices or improve the food offerings and quality of the internet to be in line with what I’d expect from such a high-priced establishment.

i loved Everything, you get morning messages with the weather outside and breakfast menu. the staff is amazingly helpful and you feel pampered everyday. we had a special request for lactose intolerant and all staff made sure we had special meals.

Property seams like it will expand at some point, they have a lot of free space in jungle that i loved, the rooms inside are fully finished a very thing working, internet seams a bit slow, but staff kept coming to our room and assist everything with connections. Cocktails great. pool perfect temperature in September. they have a Popcorn free snack while in the pool that i particularly loved.

Beautiful property, and grounds, well maintained and clean. Easy to find and park onsite. The rooms were very nice and well decorated. Plenty of space for two people. Towels, shampoo and soap and lotion provided. Staff was friendly.

The food in the restaurant is poor. The location is not so good as well - it is in the middle of nowhere, quite a far drive from the attractions. And it is definitely not a five-star hotel.

I liked the personalized attention from checking in and throughout our stay. Ample rooms with stunning decoration and amenities.

Room was damp and a strong mildew smell.

it’s a really nice and safe property that is close to Aquismon and Xilitla. the staff is super friendly and are willing to give advice about places to visit. the Cheesecake at the restaurant was super. honestly a super great experience.
