Not a.luxury hotel but fine, especially for the price. The room was pretty small and the bed wasn't queen size but more like double.. However,.it was clean, quiet and secure. The bed was comfortable other than being smaller than expected,.and there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. It was a squeeze getting a couple big suitcases in the room but i appreciate their commitment to environmental consciousness, like the water bottle refill station in the lobby. And the staff were super! I'd stay again but book a bigger room.

It was comfortable and clean, very efficient lay out for a basic room. The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants options within a short walk.

The wall in between the rooms were very thin, you could hear the conversation very clearly from the other room, even when they went to the bathroom...

Good location that was easy to find, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great wifi (I had a Zoom meeting with zero problems), complimentary breakfast, close to several restaurants and shopping centers, secure parking, good AC and hot water in shower, accepts pets and provides them with a toy.

Everything was great - Only drawback is the pet fee was steep (300 MXN per pet per night plus 1,000 deposit which is refunded), but it's the best option if you have pets and want a nice hotel.

This was our second stay. We travel with our dog and she gets a little toy every stay! The staff is wonderful. We sat and played board games in the lobby with our dog, and had pizza and cocktails. Very comfortable and welcoming environment.

There’s nothing we don’t like here!

The hotel is fine for a night before taking El Chepe. There is a cafe/restaurant beside the hotel so you don't have to venture far for a meal. Room is no thrills, functional. Taxi from hotel to the train station, I was charged 180 pesos. Front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Thin mattress topper on an old mattress. Air-con is so noisy, it right above the bed, that I couldn't even use it.

I didn't like that they stated I had two reservations. Initially, they gave me two keys to two rooms. I told front desk that I had only one reservation that I had already paid for. She stated there was another one made and she could not cancel it and I needed to wait until the next morning to speak to management. I didn't speak to anyone since I was just going to dispute the charge if they were to charge me for a second room.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Restaurant beside the hotel is off the hook amazing if you don’t see what you’re looking for on the hotel menu.

Could hear through the walls

Traveling with my small dog and two cats. No questions asked and no extra charges for the pets! Lots of eating options nearby. Morning breakfast buffet had lots of good options. Quiet, clean room. I appreciate that they are trying hard to be sustainable and not use a lot of disposable things, but know in advance there are no kleenex boxes, little bottles of shampoo or soap, and no refrigerator or coffee maker. They were very conscientious about Covid protocol.

I would have liked to have a fridge to keep my things cold.

very clean. the beds were comfy, there was storage for our stuff, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was also worth the extra money. The parking felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit cold in January and there was no heat.

Beds are comfortable. Location good. Pet friendly.

We got there about 30 min before check in and had to wait in the lobby with our things and our pet until it was absolutely 3 pm.
