Our check in was a very easy process. We had Dania, who spoke English VERY well. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was located on site. As Canadians we were not used to some of the mexican foods. They have a buffet on site. The waiters served you as if you were ordering from the menu. They brought food and drinks to the table. Even if you ordered an omlete they would bring the omlete as well as other authentic food to your table to try. The waiters were all very well dressed and friendly

Lack of a few English channels. The hotel does need a few touch ups, such as paint and carpeting, but other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

The hotel was centrally located in a downtown shopping area in Los Mochis and was an easy walk to the botanical gardens. There is an excellent restaurant and bar in the hotel.

We didn't see many other choices for restaurants or bars within a 2 - 3 block radius.

Iliana, who checked us in, was the best part of our whole trip. She was so lovely and friendly and accommodating that she has set a new standard for what it means to feel welcomed. Of course our room was fantastic, clean and spacious and the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, as are all Balderrama hotels, but Iliana really put it over the top. Between her and Fanya, in sales who I met on another Balderrama trip, this is for sure the “go to” for Los Mochis.

Nice beds, great location. Wheelchair ♿️ access was challenged. Bathroom was too small for wheelchair and had a step to get in. There were no grab bars in the bathroom.

when we got there bathroom floor was still wet and slippery. no a/c control was available. the cleaning lady had to get one from another room. extra towels in room would be great.

Good location, clean, food is delicious, amazing bar, the best service and spacious rooms.
