We stopped here are part of a very long road trip. Since we had a lot of stuff in our car, it was nice to have a parking garage attached to the hotel. It's location on the central square was great, in terms of getting some feel for the ambiance of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that it had a restaurant. The room was well-appointed.

where it is placed, its in the heart of the city ande the view from our room was amazing

The parking there is not enough room if you have to park in the upper floors you’d have to take the elevator and walk. To do so with the luggage is difficult

The hotel does not have heating system only AC and when is cold the room is very cold. Aldo one roll of toilet paper per day si we have to call every day to ask for one.

Beautiful building in a great location and it was one of the cleanest places I had ever seen.

Showers are in need of some repairs. Water spills outside the shower in the 2 rooms I had and it was very uncomfortable having have to dry the floor after every time we took a shower.

the best thing is that the people at the reception are very friendly

1. One day, there was no hot water when I bathed and I spoke to the reception and they only told me to wait a few minutes and the water will be return, but it did not happen. 2. very little bathroom supply, there were 4 of us per room and it was only 1 toilet paper or 1 shampoo and 2 towels So it is situations that do not affect me so much to not return,:) in the last worst time I will talk about what I need in the room to front desk , because when i arrive to a hotel my time is not focused in orden supplies to the room, and waste time calling to receptionist , thank you

Location was great!

Rooms do not have microwave. Definitely need it in the room or at least the breakfast area. Mattresses are not comfortable.

It did seem strange to be woken early by someone persistently knocking on my hotel room door asking if I wanted laundry done, despite checking out later that same morning…

The location was great

There weren't any washing machines or driers available on location. I did not see a swimming pool. There was no coffee machine or refrigerator in the rooms.
