The location and cleaning

The buffet is very expensive and the options are limited. You are charging the buffet as Camino Real in Polanco- the only thing is that the buffet in Polanco is extensive with innumerable options to eat. Yours is expensive and very very limited. Also the check in or out is very slow- No shuttle to the airport

Charging me a cup coffe a companion requested but we did not stay there and he did not drink it. I left for a meeting and upon my return while I was checking out- the person from the cafeteria was asking me to pay for that cup of coffe?? Really?? In the other hand they should pay attention to things like they only have 1 single towel in the bathroom -

We booked last minute as a result of being too hot to stay where we'd planned and needing somewhere with aircon. We got a good price and we're delighted with the room. It had lots of space, the cleaning service was good and the toiletries were great. They gave them to us every day. The place was easy to navigate and the pool was pleasant. The bed was comfy and they even had a free service to take us to the airport at 0 notice. The breakfast was superb - a huge set of fresh options and a mix of European and Mexican style food. It was what settled our tummies each day.

The room smelled bad (of sewage) from time to time for a few minutes- there were generally issues with the plumbing in Tampico when we went so it may be out of their control. The pool was small. Not really a bad thing but they gave us new towels every day despite us leaving them away from where they said for changing. The hotel was not very characterful, but I was very pleasant to be in.

The hotel was neat, the staff was very helpful and the experience overall was great!

There are no trash bins in the lobby nor in common areas to dispose trash.

The breakfast could have a better selection but besides that it was good.

Staff was courteous and the room was so clean.

Breakfast was expensive and not so much offered. The restroom door was see-through and not a great idea when taking family.

Bath too small, no face and hand towels, Internet was not working during my stay.
