We were welcomed late at night in the pouring rain by staff who provided a passcode for the room. Cozy, clean and well kept room. Very quiet, and nice place to stay. Also laundry and pool on site. There are convenience stores and restaurants in the area as well. Would recommend and stay there again.

Random but our room's phone woke us at 5 am. I answered and no one was there, it kept ringing so we unplugged it.

Amazing price for a really nice hotel with a good and unnoticeable staff that made for a wonderful stay.

Casa Bruno is a beautifully designed, affordable priced and comfortable Tampico hotel. it offers a great north side location, close to excellent restaurants and shops. we were delighted by its lovely decor, private and quiet atmosphere, and outstanding guest services.

The location was convenient. Close to the airport. Close to a cafe / bar. Wasn’t right in amongst the bars and shops etc but was fine for me. Do really need a car though I would say. The staff were great. Cleaners were lovely. Place was clean. Spacious. Always hot water. Plenty parking. Has a skittle plunge pool and area to chill. Had a smart TV with plenty options.

Arrived late and was looking forward to to advertised minibar. This does not exits. They mean an entry fridge :-( Stated that there was a washing machine in kitchen. This does not exist. Turns out the cleaners have access to one but that would have taken a lot of planning to organise them to clean my clothes NE get them back etc. wasn’t what I signed up for and as I was there for 10 days this was annoying. Air con broke - although fixed quickly. Was locked out due to broken lock - but fixed quickly. Hairdryer stopped blowing / broke :-( Coffee machine was broken although was replaced quickly. No iron in room so hand to hunt one down. The communication with management wasn’t great and reception is not staffed

I made a reservation from May 3rd to May 5th, and arrived at 3am May 4th. Until 4th May 9am, I have not been able to enter the hotel due to lack of staff. so,l was waited during 6 hours.Booking.com's customer service center and all three hotel emergency contacts could not be contacted, so I ended up returning to Monterrey without being able to enter the room. lhave already paid the fee and have a non-refundable policy, but sincel was unable to use it due to the hotel's reasons, the fee cannot be processed. Please return the cost. If this matter is not handled properly, we will take any action until we get our money back.
