This is a very lovely hotel close to the to everything! It was a bonus for us to be only a two block walk from the bus station. Orizaba is a very walkable city and we never had more than a 5-10 min. walk to most of the attractions and being on the main road, it was always easy to catch a cab. Even though it’s on one of the busiest streets, the atrium design keeps out the noise so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The staff is very kind and helpful and stored our luggage after checkout until we could catch our bus in the afternoon. it was also very secure. You have to pass through 2 doors with coded locks to get inside.

It was very clean and nicely furnished. Great wifi connection and hot water The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location. Just blocks from the bus station and easy to find plus an easy walk to the center and most of the sights. I really appreciated the filter water. The manager is super nice and allowed me to have a late check out because my bus did not leave until later in the afternoon.

My first room faced the street and it was very loud with noise from the traffic, but the next day they let me move into a more quiet room.

I like the attentive reception, like large parking, like that the rooms are on the side street, not on the main street. Good central location.

Lovely little hotel right on the main street and convenient to everything. Very secure with multiple codes to get in the parking area below the hotel, main door, the lobby door, and one’s room. (They are sent via WhatsApp before one arrives… or at time of arrival, in my case) The super kind front desk worker was very helpful, bringing me an extra blanket and a pitcher of purified water. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated in green. Since I asked for an inside room off the street, it didn’t have any exterior windows but looked on to a little inside garden.

The bathroom was a bit dark… but that might have been a factor of the dark green walls. No big deal

Silly issue, the bathroom needed more light, if a kitchen has dishes and forks maybe a sponge and some soap to clean what you use.

A nice hotel well located: a couple minutes walk fro ADO bus station and some 5-7 minutes walk to Palacio de Hierro. The area is safe. I had an an interior room and it was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from te street. I liked friendly and helpful.. staff. My room was nice and clean, TV, AC, wi-fi worked well, I had no problem with water or light.

The only thing to mention is that the bed was not very comfortable for me and sheets looked 'tired' or not washed well though pillow cases looked good. The rest was fine.

The host did an excellent job of telling us about restaurants and shops and things to do in the area. He helped us with our bags and brought us water and answered all our questions. The room was clean with lots of storage and bathroom very modern.

Location was great and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Front desk was friendly and efficient. The Suite felt secure. The price was excellent.

I’m a big guy and I did find the shower a bit restrictive. The bathroom was on the small side for my 193 cm height.

They dont clean the room everyday. The bathroom is a but dark. Hot water takes a while, and it is a waste.

Lots of small practical details including blackout curtains and fluffy towels. Enjoyed my balcony at night. Good location.

An alarm somewhere down the street went off for extended periods of time in the morning at night.
