We loved the location, close to the sea front. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and a good size. There was water, coffee and tea available in the morning. Overall a very nice place to spend a night or two when visiting the mangroves and Las Coloradas.

We were not given the double room we booked with two queen beds, instead we had one with a king bed and a single bed, which was a bit disappointing. The place was a bit noisy at night, both from the noise of the street and from hearing other guests in the atrium.

We had a room with a terrace. The room was quite large and clean. We had a kitchenette which made the stay very easy. There is coffee and tea available downstairs by the reception. WiFi was ok but sometimes not stable. The location is very good although it can be quite noisy in the evenings. There was street parking available but I don't know what the situation is when there are more guests in the hotel.

The terrace is shared by two rooms, which was not mentioned in the description.

The staff was very professional and comprehensive when we asked for a change of dates for our stay. They organized a transport for us to Tizimin with a colectivo (70 pesos) and they offer tours to the lagoon. The room was clean and corresponded to pictures/description. The location is central and close to a minimarket.

The only pain point is that the rooms have one window facing the entrance hall so light gets in from inside and the room can become noisy if there are people talking in the hall.

Nice big room with reasonably well equipped kitchenette. Balcony is shared, but this wasn't a problem as we didn't see other guests. Loads of hot water, which was great.Staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Located very close to the waterfront, with a variety of restaurants and shops close by.

Bed was a bit on the soft side, but not too much of a problem.

The room was comfortable and clean, well equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful even though we didn't speak Spanish. They have a car park for hotel guests nearby which is very convenient. The hotel is located in a central spot of the village so it's very close to every place in Rio Lagartos including shops, a small market, plenty of restaurants and all the boat trip companies you can ever imagine.

Cute room, there is a little kitchen inside so that is very practical! The staff were super nice.

It rained a bit in the room, we did a tour with the guy who was advised in the hotel and he changed the price of the tour on the day so I would advise that you go to the information office instead. We realized that we could have a tour in English we had to go to the office instead of taking one of the hotel.

This property took us by a very pleasant surprise. It’s ever well maintained. Staff is super sweet and they have free water filling machines which is hard to see in many places. Overall it shows that they care about their guests. We stopped here for one night and made a pit stop at Los Coloradas, which is beautiful. Highly recommended

Lovely room with a balcony, close to the port side. Clean, comfortable and fun décor. Would recommend for value.

A little bit noisy due to normal mexican life as its opposite the sports square, so locals netball, games and dancing - but just adds to the ambiance

Very tidy and clean rooms. The suite has a huge balcony with patio furniture and kitchenette! Great party room! The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in the main square walking distance to markets, supermarket and waterfront restaurants. Great value!

Balcony with great city view, stylish hotel lobby, near the city center. Enough space in the room for two people (with big bed).

For three people is little bit tiny, window to the hall and parking on the street - this wasn’t a big problem though because the city is small and friendly.
