room, services, facilities, beach , pool, food, and the people whom works in water activities are soooo nice, but staff in reception they are good but need to smile little😂.

A good place to relax, combining tranquility, the beach and music. The staff was very nice, the rooms comfortable, the pools very nice and the accommodation in them easy and clean. The food was very good, especially the breakfast was fantastic with many options.

The hotel beach was nice, but a bit small. The distance from the city and other places forced you to constantly use the car, while to access the car you always needed the assistance of the hotel staff due to the distance of the parking lot (the staff was always ready to send to the parking lot). The lack of information about the obligation to leave the deposit was a little problematic, because we only realized it when we checked in.

Like very much of it, below are some of my main points: - Absolutely loved how spacious the rooms were. Very generous size. - Room staff were exceptionally attentive (always restocked water bottles for example) and always cleaned around our schedule. - Loved the entire pool area. Just stunning colors and space was generous too. - Receptionist staff were all super helpful for local recommendations. - The spa was great, especially the sauna and indoor swimming pool! - Pool & restaurant staff very always attentive & kind!

***Overall we loved our stay but just adding a few points for improvement to be helpful :) - Beach club access not included in hotel stay. This was empty quite a lot of the time so might be worth having designated hotel guest hours of the day that are included. - Consider buying heaters or table covers for rainy days to avoid wet table seats the next day. - It would be great if guests could bill everything to the room everywhere at all times. - Consider planting trees / plants in front of ground floor bathroom windows so that guests don’t always have to keep the blinds down.

Great staff, accommodation, spa, parking and views. Beginning of the season and it was quiet so we got a fabulous upgrade on arrival to a suite with an amazing view. Thank you again! Breakfast was a feast. Minor problem with the TV was sorted quickly.

Blocking of €500 on credit card as security deposit was not flagged in advance. This caused some concern at the time. We made our views known and the issue may have since been sorted. The hotel is quite isolated so be aware of that. A car is essential. A very small glass of wine in the restaurant was €12. This is insane by any standard. Feels like gouging and leaves a bad taste.

This hotel is sooo good!! I highly recommend this for young couples! I’m sure if you book this hotel in June/July/august you will have a wonderful time. The view is amazing if you book a room with sea view! The swimming pool got a nice view as well and my 3 years old son had the time of his life there;) The staff from the reception, housekeeping and restaurant were amazing!! Never met so many friendly kind and helpful people! They were very nice to my son as well.

There is coming nothing in my mind. My partner, me and my little boy had a wonderful time in this beautiful country!

Very nice room the bed is comfortable and the pool view amazing and lobby staff is friendly.

Supervisor for restaurant and some of the staff they don’t know how to talk with the visitors after 10 minutes of closing time for breakfast I put some bread and butter in the plate they want charge me for breakfast .

Lovely view from rooms and restaurant. Breakfast was very high quality. Staff were very nice and presentable.

Due to the existence of the exclusive "Beach Club", I was not comfortable using the pool facilities. It seemed like paying hotel customers were considered to be second class citizens. Not everyone wants to pay an extra EUR250 to hang out in a poolside cabana drinking champagned all day. Restaurant is too expensive. Gym was too small, had outdated treadmills, and was kept too hot -- this is an easy fix.

The staff and the way they greet you and remember you - i was a returning customer. The cleanliness of the rooms. The spa, oh my the spa and the steam room/sauna area- ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!

That the pool area is not open to guests unless you pay for a bed, such a shame otherwise it would be perfect.
