I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and instant resolution of all requests and incidents. We asked for another blanket and they instantly brought it to our room. Then there was a problem with the hot water in the hotel, we were immediately moved to another hotel of this chain in the neighbourhood. The hotel was higher class and the room was absolutely comfortable. I also asked for one of the breakfasts to be moved from the day of departure to the day of arrival and that was no problem either. I don't know how fast and good everything is in high season, we were in early April and everything was swell.

Breakfast could have been more varied. The coffee is absolutely tasteless. The mattress is too soft for me. But these are personal requests.

I stayed at Hotel Splendido for one night only as I was traveling for work. The staff was truly pleasant and helpful. They gave me an upgrade to a room better than what I originally booked and offered some delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. They were so kind and assisted with arranging a transfer to the airport, making sure I had enough to eat and made me a coffee. I felt cared for and this is what will make me come back again.

Hotel was located close to beach and be able to walk up to Porto Montenegro. Room was comfortable, cool, clean. Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage while we explored locally. Breakfast was basic but nice. Hotel was 10 mins walk to the bus stations

Air-con was controlled via reception and bed lining was too small for the size of the bed

It's a great place to say - location can't be better, very close to the beach, nice short walk to the port and restaurants area; staff was very welcoming, were able to check me in much sooner and were super nice. The room is perfect and has everything needed. Shower, AC, TV, bed - everything was very good. The breakfast was fresh, rich and delicious.

Warm welcome from the receptionist who showed us to our room. Room was modern, good sized with clean and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and okay coffee from coffee machine. Continent for Tivat airport. Good location to stroll by the waterside.

Nothing, all as described. The parking area was full when we arrived late in the evening, we squeezed in, but cars appeared to be spilling out into the road.

The hotel was just a short walk from the beach area but the price was significantly lower than on the beach. You feel welcome and the room service was good. There was a bit of dust around but this was due to roadworks nearby and not the hotel's fault. Hotel has its own parking, which is a huge advantage.

We just would expect fresh juice at breakfast.

Amazing service. Early check in provided, staff very pleasant, kind and helpful. Just an amazing team working at the hotel. You feel like being treated as a queen/king. We were stuck at the yacht pier after the trip and no taxi was available - so the wife of the manager came to pick us up! Can you imagine such a service anywhere? It's top of the top!

The hotel and staff went far and behold our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Sanja and the male receptionist unfortunately I didn’t get his name for the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. There just made our stay so pleasant and very comfortable. I would visit this hotel again when I am next in town.

The hotel is very good. the staff is very friendly. They upgraded our room and offered us a drink. I recommend the hotel to everyone. New and very comfortable rooms.

I just leave it as a suggestion, as there is no breakfast buffet it might be interesting to have a menu of what is available, It's hard to choose without knowing what the options are.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good location (you can walk to airport and bus statipn), quiet yet cmose to li elier neighbpurhoods. Super good bed - firm. Very good location if you want tp have a base and at the same time to explore other cities/areas and dont mind using local buses (10min walk).
