Room was really well designed, it was having this authentic and stylish look which we liked it a lot. Having a balcony and watching the narrow street and the rain was so pleasing. It was clean, bed was comfortable too. Also, they have city guiding maps, and umbrellas for their guests, which helped us a lot in the extremely rainy days. But the most amazing thing was the location for sure. It is exactly in the heart of the old town, which made our stay a lot more comfortable. Additionally, Mert Bey was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the talk with him too. Thanks a lot again.

Bathroom was so small, but the rest about the room was making this problem tolerable.

The room was beautiful and just like in the photos. The heating worked well, the bed was comfortable, there was enough space to put your things and the stone walks were a really nice feature. It was beautifully furnished. We were met by Mert, who was charming and informative. Thanks, Mert. The patisserie downstairs was a social hub. The staff were friendly, spoke very good English and it was a meeting place for all the other guests in the house. It really made our stay memorable. We loved our time in Kotor at Apartments Wine House.

The bathroom was rather small and didn’t function quite as smoothly as we may have liked, however, it is an old property in the old town and the inconvenience was minor.

The owners were absolutely lovely and were so accommodating, couldn’t do enough for us. It was a really last minute booking (we literally booked it 2hours before check-in!) and everything was perfect. Really sweet room, very cost and love the decor. TV didn’t work but wasn’t that bothered about it. Small but perfectly good bathroom and sink kitchen area. Absolutely excellent location and really conveniently on top of a really nice Patisserie and Wine bar which do amazing cakes and some of the most unique and interesting cocktails in Kotor. So ideal to head down for breakfast there and get a drink in the evening. Definitely recommend, thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Nothing really, it was all perfect!

The room (#12 on 2nd floor) was wonderful, with a fully equipped mini-kitchen and a compact bathroom. There were lots of lighting options, as the room is dark due to all the street being very narrow, hence little sunlight. The bed was comfortable. The host was reachable via whatsup for setting up an arrival time. The owner Antonio was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he spoke a very good English. His Turkish employee, however, still needs to smooth some skills in interacting with guests.

The only issue was a noise from the street. It was not too bad, as there were no bars across, and the windows had good soundproofing. However, that meant the windows had to be closed all the time in the evening to have some rest, but no fresh air. Staying in old town doesn’t give much advantage, I assume there are options just outside the walls, if noise is an issue for someone.

Design and furnishing of the apartment is really fitting to Kotor - the apartment is absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures suggest. Location was perfect and the windows were sound-proof, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, the host and caretaker were accommodating and easy to contact.

The kitchenette was insufficiently equipped to make a simple breakfast - it had a stove but was missing a frying pan and did not have a cutting knife nor any utensils for food preparation. Some basics (salt, pepper, oil) would have also been nice. The shower in our room had an issue in the drain that caused water to flood the entire bathroom every time we used it.

Apartments Wine House Old Town is a boutique hotel within a 12th century building within the medieval town of Kotor. The location is superb close to the North City  Gate and also near the restaurant and bar area. It can be noisy at night due to its central location, but we found that it quietened down before midnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful.  We recommend staying at Apartments Wine House Old Town.

The property was right in the heart of the old town so made it very easy to walk everywhere, including to the bus station or boat dock for any excursions outside of Kotor. The hosts Antonio and Mert were incredibly kind and helpful with messaging before my arrival, arranging transport from and to the airport, and letting me know they were on hand for anything else. Mert did my airport transfer and was amazing. The room itself was beautiful, the stone walls were reminiscent of a castle, the bed was comfortable, there was a little kitchen area, and even Netflix! Couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay, and for anyone thinking of visiting Kotor this would be my top recommendation :)

Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice location - off season so was quiet. Clean, comfortable, well lit (but could use bedside lamps).Great for a night or two or if you are not cooking at all or if you are not tall or a big person.

Very small bathroom - had to sit sideways on toilet because it almost goes to the wall. “Dining “ table is a high table but chairs are normal height so it is useless for dining or working. Kitchen had just one smallish pot. Very small room.

Staff was very professional & friendly. Antonio has been responsive quickly to all my queries & request (like airport transfer, free print out of our bus tickets & boarding passes) before, during & after our trip. Mert was very accomodating, he even drove us to the airport upon request. Location of the apartment was central, few steps to everything one must see or visit in Old Town Kotor. Easy to locate, very accessible. And near to most restaurants, cafes & tourist spots. Clean, spacious room, tiny size of toilet & bathroom & lack of lift due to being low-rise property were not an issue. Below the apartment was the Patisserie, perfect to have coffee!

Excellent location for exploring Old Town, also close to the water. The apartment living area was a good size, comfortable bed and everything you would need for a short stay. I was able to leave my luggage whilst waiting for my room to be ready. The Patisserie downstairs had an excellent selection of baked goods, and the service was excellent. There are also plenty of other food and drink options that are nearby.

The bathroom in my apartment was quite small, I am short and was only just able to comfortably sit on the toilet so I imagine it would be challenging for a taller person.
