A great apartment at the very heart of Old Town. Excellent choice for our 8 night stay. Mert, our lovely host, contacted us before we arrived and answered all our questions. In general, he is a gem! A great person who takes care of the guests brilliantly! The location is fabulous! Close to everything. Supermarkets, shops, beach, restaurants, public transport...tour meeting points. ( 360 Monte is the tour operator I highly recommend, just 2 minutes walk away from the apartment). Basically, everything was at our doorstep. The room was comfortable. Whenever we needed something, we just had to contact Mert, and it was taken care of. The patisserie is lovely below the apartment. It's great to sit there and see the world go buy in the evenings... Great wi-fi, hot water, A/C, well equipped kitchenette. Would choose this apartment again without a doubt!

Be aware of the music coming from the restaurant/pub below. It is quite loud but finishes at 1am on the dot. It really did not bother us. And yes, the bathroom is on the small size, but it completely serves the purpose.

The location cannot be surpassed- right in the middle of Old Town, and the staff were very helpful. Nice view of the streets from the room. Bring earplugs if you go to bed early as the wine bar (hence the name) is right below. Our windows faced the street and the wine bar so lovely views. That does mean though there’s a very lively atmosphere in the area outside, so if you want to join in each evening it’s a fabulous vibe and you’ll be all set!

Bathroom in our room was a little on the smaller side so if you’re a taller or larger person, be aware. Maybe ask or look at photos carefully for the other rooms.

The small apartment couldn't be in a better location, in the very heart of Kotor. The style of the room is very nice and the staff available and kind. The price is also very competitive.

Being in the heart of Kotor inevitably means that you can hear music and noise from the Kotor night life. The bathroom is very small and, if you sit on the WC, you cannot really close the door of the bathroom. The shower head didn't stand straight and had to be held with a hand to have a shower. The description of the room mentions it, but be aware that the apartment has two single beds.

Room was really well designed, it was having this authentic and stylish look which we liked it a lot. Having a balcony and watching the narrow street and the rain was so pleasing. It was clean, bed was comfortable too. Also, they have city guiding maps, and umbrellas for their guests, which helped us a lot in the extremely rainy days. But the most amazing thing was the location for sure. It is exactly in the heart of the old town, which made our stay a lot more comfortable. Additionally, Mert Bey was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the talk with him too. Thanks a lot again.

Bathroom was so small, but the rest about the room was making this problem tolerable.

The room was beautiful and just like in the photos. The heating worked well, the bed was comfortable, there was enough space to put your things and the stone walks were a really nice feature. It was beautifully furnished. We were met by Mert, who was charming and informative. Thanks, Mert. The patisserie downstairs was a social hub. The staff were friendly, spoke very good English and it was a meeting place for all the other guests in the house. It really made our stay memorable. We loved our time in Kotor at Apartments Wine House.

The bathroom was rather small and didn’t function quite as smoothly as we may have liked, however, it is an old property in the old town and the inconvenience was minor.

The owners were absolutely lovely and were so accommodating, couldn’t do enough for us. It was a really last minute booking (we literally booked it 2hours before check-in!) and everything was perfect. Really sweet room, very cost and love the decor. TV didn’t work but wasn’t that bothered about it. Small but perfectly good bathroom and sink kitchen area. Absolutely excellent location and really conveniently on top of a really nice Patisserie and Wine bar which do amazing cakes and some of the most unique and interesting cocktails in Kotor. So ideal to head down for breakfast there and get a drink in the evening. Definitely recommend, thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Nothing really, it was all perfect!

Excellent central location in character filled building. Very smart decor and fittings, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean including stairways etc. nice touches like tea bags in room and umbrellas for wet weather. Personally I’d remove the kitchen unit and just have a small fridge and kettle as then maybe you could have a compact table and stools. That though doesn’t detract in anyway from throughly excellent accommodation.

The TV didn’t work, not that I would have used it more than sparingly, but that was the only minor issue.

The room (#12 on 2nd floor) was wonderful, with a fully equipped mini-kitchen and a compact bathroom. There were lots of lighting options, as the room is dark due to all the street being very narrow, hence little sunlight. The bed was comfortable. The host was reachable via whatsup for setting up an arrival time. The owner Antonio was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he spoke a very good English. His Turkish employee, however, still needs to smooth some skills in interacting with guests.

The only issue was a noise from the street. It was not too bad, as there were no bars across, and the windows had good soundproofing. However, that meant the windows had to be closed all the time in the evening to have some rest, but no fresh air. Staying in old town doesn’t give much advantage, I assume there are options just outside the walls, if noise is an issue for someone.

While mostly self service the staff was amazing. Very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The room had good AC. It was not too loud considering you are very close to bars in old town. The room was spacious for an old town hotel. It had unique charm as one of oldest buildings. Location was perfect

While small is to be expected in old town, the toilet was very awkward (you had to sit sideways sort of). The shower wand was handheld only and unable to be held on wall (again common for older Europe places).

Design and furnishing of the apartment is really fitting to Kotor - the apartment is absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures suggest. Location was perfect and the windows were sound-proof, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, the host and caretaker were accommodating and easy to contact.

The kitchenette was insufficiently equipped to make a simple breakfast - it had a stove but was missing a frying pan and did not have a cutting knife nor any utensils for food preparation. Some basics (salt, pepper, oil) would have also been nice. The shower in our room had an issue in the drain that caused water to flood the entire bathroom every time we used it.
