Everything about this hotel is amazing- the location, the rooms, the beach, the breakfast, and, most importantly, the staff; they made sure that we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in and went above and beyond our expectations during our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. We had a few teething problems with other guests, however the staff were very responsive and tried to help in a very positive manner, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The spa is small but lovely, it has a small pool, a sauna and a steam room. It is also a nice place just to lie down and read a book. The restaurant on the opposite side of the road on the bay had a beautiful setting. I wasn't too fond of the menu, but that was personal. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed (that was huge), and we had a lovely (side) view of the bay. There is parking available and the hotel is very close to the ferry. You need a car to explore the area, although cabs are available. Perast and Kotor are a must!

There wasn't much to fault about the hotel, but other guests sometimes caused issues that couldn't be helped (for example rowdiness in the spa when you are trying to relax, or smoking on the adjoining balcony which is unpleasant when you don't smoke).

Stayed for a week, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and we were comfortable, we were provided with welcome prosecco and a treat at the end of our stay. They also booked us an excursion. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice each day as well as a menu and buffet. We ate a few times at the restaurant across the road Bocasa which did the most amazing pizzas. The room was big and clean, housekeeping made the room up quickly while you were at breakfast. They replaced towels once a day and did turn down in the evening. The view from the room was brilliant and our balcony faced the front of the hotel so sitting on it with the few was perfect. The spa was relaxing and the sauna and steam once turned on were lovely. We had massages and facials which were both great. There were towels provided at the poolside. We had hired a car so getting around was easy.

It was low season so the outdoor pool was not open but we were made aware of this before arriving. The outdoor pool is also very small. If you are ordering room service, be aware that there is a separate pizza and burger menu which is worth asking for. At times the room felt very hot, it could be cooled down by opening the door although this made it quite loud with the road right outside. I would recommend hiring a car to stay at this location, although I think you can get taxis. Because it was low season, the price was great, however, in high season I don't think our budget would stretch.

Wonderful stay! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, the staff arranged balloons, chocolates, biscuits and champagne in our room whilst we enjoyed the seafront. The hotel itself was beautiful with a good range of facilities, pools, gym and spa with pool, steam room and sauna. There was a rooftop restaurant where you can book meals with a Michelin chef. The restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide selection including vegan options. The beach is stunning if a little stoney underfoot, you can reserve beds and the restaurant is delicious with a dedicated team who provide excellent service. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the one next to the hotel had live music from well-known local musicians both nights. The highlight of our trip was the boat tour the hotel kindly organised and the skipper was very knowledgeable of the local area. Cannot recommend staying here highly enough and we will certainly be coming back!

I savored every bite of the delicious eggs prepared in various forms, each one bursting with flavor. The extensive breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to cater to every taste, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Moving on to the hotel rooms, I was thoroughly impressed by the exquisite accommodations provided. The rooms were tastefully decorated, combining modern elegance with comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel's beach area was another highlight of my stay. The thoughtfully arranged laced umbrellas, along with full umbrellas, provided the perfect balance of choice and convenience. Guests could effortlessly select their preferred option, whether it be for sun-soaked relaxation or seeking shade. The beach itself was pristine, offering stunning views of the bay. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point. The beauty of the surrounding mountains and the clear waters created a truly idyllic setting. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. Their friendly and helpful nature, combined with their attention to detail, truly made a difference in enhancing my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Kotor Bay. It truly was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

It was our first time visiting Montenegro, and I had no idea which area to book since I knew nothing about the country. But wow—our expectations were exceeded! We chose the perfect hotel in an ideal location, close to all the most popular places. I highly recommend this hotel—it truly deserves a 10/10. Everything was incredible, from the hotel itself to the food, the amazing staff, and even the relaxing massages. Thank you so much! We are sure to return because this place is absolutely worth it. It's the second summer we enjoyed in Casa del Mare, and for good reason. The place is cosy, with beautiful amenities, including spa, sauna, pool and beautiful beach with clean water available just across the road. One of the best impressions both now and then — the personnel that is friendly, attentive and always there for us when we need anything.

Can't think of anything, really. I wish it was cheaper, but I know that it would affect quality of experience. We stayed in a hotel of the same network in Cotor, we've spent less, but it really felt different, in a bad way.

The amazing staff made our stay there exceptional. They do take care of guests and we really appreciated it. We celebrated our anniversary together and we were surprised to get a bottle of champagne and a berries cake as a compliment from the hotel. The facilities are beautiful and clean with a nice Mediterranean design. We also appreciated the beach and service there - a calm and small hidden place with scenic views of Boka Kotorska.

Even in the high season, the price seems too high for Montenegro. It is hard to justify it at the level of a decent hotel in New York for New Year's Eve, for example. However, it is a good choice for a couple of nights to have some rest from crowded Budva and Kotor and have a proper beach time.

The thing that makes this place is the staff. So super friendly and kind. Originally I’d planned to stay in central Perast and I think that would have been the better choice for me but here’s all the good things. The rooms and open spaces were super clean, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. The food was good. The bathroom was really nice and the bed was firm, which for me is a good thing!

I feel May may have been too early in the season as the rooftop and main restaurant were not open in the evening. This would have made it better for me. The views are stunning but it does overlook a busy road. I think if you’re expected that you’ll plan it into your mental image! I didn’t realise that was the case until I got there.

air condition in our room was weak... we were offered another room, but didnt had the energy to move. The stuff on site was good and helpfull. The reservation office were very hash and unattentive. We had a confusion with our reservation, we were asking for some consideration and got a strong negative answer. Although confusion was on our side, it would have been much more cusomer facing if they would show a little more sympathy and understanding
