Our room had everything we were required during our stay. Hotel is very close to beach and old town. We stayed in room at roof with a small glance of sea view. I believe hotel is value deal with consideration of location, breakfast, rooms. Beyond everything, staff were extremely kind and helpful. They do their best to resolve anything you may face.

Nothing. I think the negative comments compare this hotel with high end 5 star hotels.

The location is great, in the heart of Budva with the possibility to walk to the beach or old town. Also it is very close to the Budva bus stop (13 min walk) and to the Sveti Stefan bus stop (5 min walk). From Jaz beach is 12 minutes by taxi and one way costs €12.

The furniture in the rooms was old and damaged and the breakfast was cold, which is not ideal in scrambled eggs and sausages. The room does not have black out and it's super bright in the mornings, but I gladly brought a mask otherwise it would have been very difficult to sleep in.

This hotel really feels like an 'Oasis' in the middle of busy Budva nestled amongst high rise blocks. The atmosphere is very pleasant with lots of greenery and plenty of places to sit and relax. The location is excellent - there is a back entrance to the hotel which leads straight to the beach a 100 or so meters away, and the old town is about 500m along a quiet street lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. From the other entrance the shopping centre is just over the road. Our room was a good size (I think we had an upgrade!) with excellent aircon and wifi connectivity and we received a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel provided a parking space (a real asset in this town).

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needing updating (eg shower taps a bit stiff) and the TV had limited channels but these were minor issues, overall, we would recommend for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

We loved the friendly welcome from the owners. Being in the middle of Budva Town but with a beautiful court-yard with personal touch that made the Green area so lovely. We especially loved how special paintings were in the rooms and along the corridors. The location is unbeatable for the old city

On the first night there was a lot of very loud music nearby from either a party or a wedding or a night club. We understood that this is Budva which has a party vibe as well as a fashionable arty town vibe. Budva turned out to be better that we expected with some quiet areas and magical moments.

Excellent location and service. They demonstrate what family run hotels offer that corporate hotels can't. Ilija and his family's warm hospitality in their family hotel is what brought me back to Budva a second time in 2 years. This time I took my senior citizen parents with me, and this hotel's staff helped me ensure that my parents were comfortable. It is just a a couple of minutes from Greco beach and a number of affordable restaurants with good sea food. Their breakfast is also amazing. So many options and so filling. Totally worth the price.

What I didn't like is something out of the control of Hotel Oaza. It is the vindictive nature of the corporate hotel right in front of this hotel, who for no good reason (except petty richie rich entitlement) blocked the sea view of a significant aspect of this cosy hotel. But Hotel Oaza's hospitality more than makes up for the loss in the straightforward view from some of its rooms caused by the nastiness of the costlier, corporate hotel in front of it.

I recently had the delightful experience of staying at a hotel that truly impressed me with its charm and convenience. The hotel's proximity to both the sea and local shops added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. Being able to stroll to the beautiful beach in just a few minutes and have easy access to shopping made each day both relaxing and convenient. The hotel itself was wonderful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The staff was attentive and always on hand to help with any requests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed, combining elegance with practicality, which provided a perfect retreat after a day of sun and shopping. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of beach proximity and access to amenities.

Just one block back from the waterfront; Maybe 5 minute stroll to Old Town; 2 minute walk to TQ Plaza; And free parking. Nothing too grand - its 3* rating reflects that. But this is a fantastic, family run gem in the heart of Budva that is perfect for a few nights stay. Ilija and his family were absolutely lovely. We really hope to make it back to Budva in the future and we will most definitely make this our first choice hotel.

Very lovely family run business. Lots of big hotels nearby that seemed very business like and faceless whereas this one had charm. The owner was so friendly and personable, you don’t get customer service like than much any more! Breakfast was lovely, nice to try some local cheeses. Super close to the old town and right on the sea front

There were blinds only on the balcony door but I had an eye mask so wasn’t bothered and my partner didn’t wake up with sun but just incase anyone very affected by light, pack the eye mask

Hotel is run by a very friendly family. They were trying to help me with everything to help me that my stay is a wonderful one. They also helped me with car parking place. Very close to Budva old city and to some nice beaches around. I wish I will have a chance to come to Budva again and definately would like to stay in Hotel Oaza again.

Great location, super friendly staff

The room that we stayed in really needs renovation - a lot of old/broken furniture, non-working lights, old/broken jacuzzi & shower cabin. I guess the rooms in the newer part of the hotel are in much better condition.
