Perfect location just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The old town is only around 10 minutes away. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom with a large shower and a large living area. There's a hob if you want to cook. There is also a kettle and fridge and cups, plates, glasses etc. It was really nice to have the extra space to sit in the lounge to relax or the dining table for food. Also a lovely balcony with views over the beach or the old town. We really enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I were super satisfied with our stay after a quite disappointing accommodation experience the nights beforehand in Kotor. We were welcomed by a very sweet lady at the reception and got a very nice room on the 6th floor. We were dreaming about a good nights sleep in a comfy bed and we definitely got it! Location is great, room had everything we needed including an amazing view and also good breakfast included in the price. The hotel is situated very close to the main attractions but also in a quiet location away from all the noise and buzz.

The breakfast options were quite limited but it’s a small hotel so it’s completely understandable. We only stayed for two nights so it was fine for us but I guess it can get a bit repetitive if you stay for a week or so.

-Amazing location in Budva in walking distance to the bus station, the beach, and the old city. -Anna was absolutely fantastic. She helped us with a late check-in since our bus was delayed by over three hours. She gave us great advice on visiting Kotor and other nearby places. She also arranged us a very fairly priced transfer to the airport. She was accessible via WhatsApp and was extremely helpful and kind to us. -The room was very nice. Great air conditioning, comfortable bed, everything was fresh and clean.

The location is good, close to the old town of Budva, for about 10-minute walk. The view from our balcony is really amazing, especially at night. Although the room is not very spacious, but it's clean and tidy. Wifi is good enough, as well as the hot water. It's a plus there's an elevator in the building, considering that most of the B&B we stayed in the Balkans have no elevator, which is not convenient to bid luggage holders.

First of all, I think the time we arrived was not late, the reception should be open according to the instructions written on the paper in our room, but it turned out there's nobody, and we had to do self check-in. We got some problem in finding the garage key and the garage is quite small and narrow, not easy to enter it. Then, the kitchen is a bit small, with no micro-wave and oven. No coffee provided in the room, which is quite different from the other B&B that we stayed in during our trip. The heating rack was broken, but it would be better to inform us about this so that we wouldn't have spent around 10 miunutes to figure out how to use it.

Stuff was really nice to us. View of the room was absolutely perfect. 5-10 mins walk to old city and 15 mins walk to bus station, so location was really great too. Bed and quilt were so comfortable. Also having hair dryer in the room made us really happy.

There was no slippers so that was big shortcoming. We had hard times without slippers. Also we soiled the sheets so we asked for cleaning. They just tidied up and changed the towels. Dirt sheets were still there. But it wasn't a big deal so we just slept.

Central location, nice breakfast, wonderful helpful staff. Beautiful panorama from the upper floors. Great airport transfer, recommended.

We arrived early into Budva by bus and we were able to check in early. On departure our bus was later after checkout and again we were able to leave our bags at reception. The accomodation is really close to the old town and the port.
