Perfect location. The room was big as all outdoors. Warm hospitality. Good breakfast.

The balcony overlooked the restaurant dumpster below. We couldn't keep the door open because of the smell. No parking place belonged to the hotel.

Really liked the hotel in general. We stayed for a little over a week and had no issues. The staff at the front desk was really friendly. The room was very spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable, with good pillows and warm blankets. The room also had it's own AC which we could control, so that was a huge plus. The hotel is a great location, very close to the old town and some other touristic attractions. All in all, it was a great experience.

The breakfast had about 10 options for dishes, plus coffee, juice and water. Between my wife and I we tried every dish and only liked 2. The restaurant is Riva, you can look it up, the reviews about the food are not great, and we can attest to that. The room also didn't look too clean. The rug had some stains and the balcony door didn't lock.

Incredible. Seems like a brand new hotel with new beds, bathrooms, TVs etc. definitely worth the money. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Breakfast was included in the price and was good quality and quantity.

As others have said, the entrance is hard to find (down the side of the building) and there were a couple of loose wires.

It is possible to include breakfasts at the Riva Restoran in the price. If you like Balkan breakfasts with their spiciness and saltiness, this is a good option. Otherwise, it is better to consider other options.

The refrigerator barely cools at all. In the bathroom, you can find mold in the shower stall. Hair dryer is present, but this model should be mounted on the wall and not just be on a shelf. There is no kettle in the rooms.

Location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the waterfront, restaurants and beaches and Old Town Budva. Our room was huge, with a balcony, bathroom equally huge; quiet at night and comfortable. Breakfast was included, in the restaurant next to the Hotel; all the usual breakfast items, great coffee and even green tea for my wife. Our requests for assistance sorting out the air conditioning, getting the TV to work, extra towels, all met with a smile and responded to promptly. The staff, in the Hotel and the Restaurant next door were friendly and obliging.

The absence of an electric jug or kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, hence the 9 rating instead of a 10. Standard inclusions no matter where one stays.

We loved the location: you are a short walk along the port away from the old town, and have port views for your breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed, very comfortable.

The lights next to the bed didn't work, there was a blue flashing light above the bed when you got out of bed at night (on a sensor we think) and the shower let quote a bit of water into the rest of the bathroom.

The place is right near the sea and many of restaurants at the beach. The breakfast we had with a great view to the nay with yachts. The room we lived in is quite enough, has a great balcony with a garden view. The beds and furniture is comfortable. But the most impressive thing of this place is a great cafe with amazing view, pleaser personnel and delicious food.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be a great option (at last for me :).

The Parking next to the hotel is a way to expensive.We paid 65 euro for 13 hours .Nobody worn us that will cost more than the room.Mabe it was our fault we didn’t check the price first. That’s why we don’t leave a bad review for the hotel.But still …I think the staff there is supposed to warn their guests for parking prices.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location and excellent facilities. The hotel was located near the sea and the old town, which made it the perfect spot for exploring the city. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The hotel's facilities were also new and modern. Overall, I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in a beautiful location. Eva and Milos are exceptional hosts - their friendliness and warm personalities make you feel at home instantly.

In order to enter the parking area, I had to call the owner and speak with the person stationed near the barrier to allow me entry. This process was time-consuming and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I would like to suggest that the hotel take steps to improve the parking situation for future guests. One possible solution could be to include confirmation of reservations for guests in the parking, so that the person stationed near the barrier can quickly identify and allow entry for confirmed guests.
