Breakfast and location were perfect , rooms are spacious , staff are helpfull . Overall it was above my expectations

There is no view from the room and it is difficult to dry towels. Just as a suggestion, free use of the beach would be better

The location is perfect. It's just right by the main gate of Old Town Budva with a lot of shops and restaurants around so it's very convenient. Staff are accommodating and it's very kind of them to lend us an adapter for our charger. The room looks very nice and new, plus the ocean view is stunning. The food is really good, they have nice breakfast options and the restaurant location is just outside of the main old town gate so the view is very lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We loved the location of the hotel, just inside the main gate of the old town but there was a beach just outside as well. The old town of Budva is beautiful with lots of little streets with shops, bars and restaurants so it was great to be so close to that. The room was spacious with a lovely modern bathroom and it had a kettle and fridge.

We were a bit disapointed to find out that the rooftop restaurant didn't open until the 1st July so we didn't get to experience that. The breakfast is a la carte and had a reasonable choice, the vegetable omelette was lovely as was the bread that came with it but we felt the 'sweet' choice should have come with croissants and the bread rather than toast.

We stayed 5 nights in Budva at Hotel Astoria and didn't want to leave. Everything was wonderful. Staff so friendly - from reception to the seaside terrace, to the beach sun lounge assistant / waiter, to the breakfast staff. A very comfortable room, was quiet, and the air conditioning was welcome during the heat of summer. Breakfast options were nice, the rooftop restaurant providing great views, 50% discount on the sun lounge / umbrella on the beach with the option to be served food and drinks at your lounge. Location was amazing just inside the old town walls and backing onto the beach. Leaving after our stay was not easy, we were so relaxed and would definitely return.

The location was right in the center of Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff was excellent. Special shout out to Angela who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us secure a rental car.

The only challenge was the jazz club next door to the hotel played until 1:00

I had a wonderful stay at the Astoria Hotel in the heart of Budva’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the middle of the historic castle area and just steps away from the beach. It doesn’t get better than waking up with the sea right outside your door and the charm of the Old Town surrounding you.

The location was so perfect! We were right in the old town and the beach was right around the corner. We dropped off our luggage before check in and when we returned, our luggage was already in our room. Staff was wonderful, the room was great, and it was one of our favorite stays in Montenegro. We can’t wait to go back!

Staff were pleasant and friendly - stand out was Isidora on Reception. She went above and beyond. The beach loungers and umbrellas were excellent and a tasty enjoyable breakfast. Great location.

I did not like the bedding style. There was only a sheet over the mattress, no mattress protector or bed pad.

Well located at the entrance to the Old Town. The room was fine but looked onto an air shaft. Breakfast was very good. The staff was nice, helpful and accommodating. The beach right in back of the hotel is nice, but bring your beach shoes as it is a rocky beach. Overall a good experience!

My complaint is with Booking.com not the hotel. I needed to cancel the last night of my original reservation and the 2 nights I had previously booked were rebooked by Booking.com at a higher price. I didn’t book an extra night, but cancelled a previously booked night. I was not happy. In the future i will book directly with the hotel on their site.
