Good service, the staf is good, exelent food in all restaurants, cleanness.

This is not 5* hotel in real, 4* that pretends to be 5. Sewer smell in the room toilet, all the time, hard and unpleasant. I complained but... it is Montenegro... Also they are always looking for a way to rip off an extra euro from you. For every coffee capsule in the room, for an open mini chocolate bar that they left for you in the room, for water, for everything. Cheap and unworthy of even a 4-star hotel.

Luxurious and beautiful hotel. There is a special vegan choice for every breakfast which is excellent for a vegan family :) Spa is huge and beautiful, but almost too big- long walking distance from the pool area to saunas. Steam bath wasn’t working. One pool is so poorly lit it looks out of order- you’re swimming there in the dark ;)

No free coffee or tea in the room. There is a coffee machine in the room and it costs 2€ per cup. For the price we were paying per night in 5 star hotel- it felt weird and inadequate. No vegan options in menu, so we were eating only breakfast in the hotel as dinner buffet is overpriced especially if you don’t eat 70% of the offered products :)

Loved the how upscale the resort. It is very modern is, the beach right across from the promendade. Beach loungers are included on Splendid's own private beach. We were ther3 for 6 nights. Our room was very, very nice. The breakfast buffet was included, which was a very nice touch. The ice cream is excellent too.

Didn't like that coffee in the room was not included. Meals and alcohol are ofter priced.

Stayed here for five nights in June 2023. It was one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at. We paid for a premium sea view room and I requested a quiet location with a view of the sea. They gave us room 942 I think and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was modern, view was stunning and the double bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was modern so no complaints at all. No issues with noise levels either which I was most grateful for. We had our own car and it was valet parked. The buffet breakfast was excellent and no complaints about the variety at all. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel so can't comment on that. There is also a QR code service by the beach and the pool where you can order food and drinks. It is slightly more expensive than other places but you're paying a premium for what I thought was a good service. Location wise it is about 5 mins drive (pending traffic) to Budva old town. You can actually walk it which takes about 25 minutes and is a pleasant walk with little effort required. Taxi ranged between 6 and 10 euro from the hotel on the way to old town. At night coming back, taxi's are usually in tier two rate to it cost about €15. There are a few restaurants close by and shops just up the road if you want some chocolate/water. Overall highly recommend this hotel and if we were to return to Montenegro this hotel would be top of our list.

Perhaps not charging for coffee capsules. I don't drink coffee myself but my partner does and I think it should be included. I don't mind the minibar charge as its very common but the coffee capsules was a little bit much I thought.

The staff was either overworked or disinterested. I checked in and they just threw the key card at me with no explanations about the area, the fact that the spa was included or any additional information. Service at the bar was also somewhat slow. There was a coffee maker in the room but they charge 2 euros per capsule! And this is a 5 star hotel. The pool and beach area close at 17, so you can't rent towels anymore. They were blasting loud music at the pool area, which was annoying if you wanted a relaxing holiday.

2 euro per coffee capsule in the room - I see this first time in 5star hotel. 15 euro for cocktail - expensive. There is a wonderful restaurant Azzuro just next to the hotel (50 meters by the beach), they offer good food and the same cocktails for 8 euro.

The view from my room was exceptional, a combination of the sea view and pool view. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly and willing to assist.

Rukes for closing swiming pool at 6pm. we arrived at hotel at that time, we moved to beach the guy on beach came and said that we shoukd move from sunbeds it's closed. Then I asked can sit on the bech sand and finally I found solutio n how I can spent rest of the daylight and enjoy in sunset

We came for the honeymoon. Everything was excellent especially Mr.Srdjan from the reception he is very helpful person. we love the hotel and we love the country😍 it was a great experience!! thanx you for everything Splendid family❤️

Everything was perfect just there is no complimentary coffee in the room.

Our experience at the Splendid Hotel was truly a dream. This exceptional hotel offers guests an unforgettable stay. Housekeeping service is provided twice a day, always with great care and friendliness. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding, with an incredible variety that goes beyond imagination. There are daily shows during lunch, dinner, and late in the evening, adding to the vibrant and lively atmosphere. The private beach is clean and has soft sand, creating the perfect spot to relax. The only downside is the lack of control over sunbed reservations. Guests tend to reserve their spots very early in the morning—often before 7 a.m.—by leaving their towels all day, which means by the time we arrive, there are no spots left. The same issue happens at the pool. Despite that, we absolutely loved our stay!
