Good location, nice view from the terrace to the sea. Good access to the beach and nearby restaurants at the Rafailovici beaches. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool, which was a big plus. The 2 bedrooms in the apartment definitely contributed to the relaxation. I would especially like to highlight the willingness and professionalism of the receptionists, who provided us with all the necessary information immediately upon arrival.

The only criticism I could make about the entire stay was the cleanliness of the surroundings, but the hotel has nothing to do with that.

The location of the property was excellent especially in terms of the view and distance from the beach . Not too far from the centre too, but maybe an issue for those who do not have their own vehicle. The staff was very nice and helpful and went over and above to sort all issues. They even let us do late check out for one room at no extra cost which was very nice of them. I had a minor issue with the dishwasher and was promptly replied back to on WhatsApp late night. The studio booked by us was comfortable and had everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a lovely experience and going back with beautiful memories.

Maybe they could add some extra kitchenware as well we’re three in the room, and everything was counted and kept. So if u needed an extra spoon or fork, u had to keep washing.

Pool was amazing - large and clean, with areas of shallower water which was nice for adults and kids. View from the room of the beach and water was beautiful. The room was comfortable and set up well for a family. Kitchenette was good, well equipped, and exactly what we expected. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Jasna was super helpful and made sure we had a good stay - gave good advice about where to go and how to get around. Reception and cleaning staff were attentive and took care of anything we asked. Would happily recommend for families visiting Budva.

Pool area has little shade, especially at certain times of day. Walk to the beach was a bit sketchy (though safe), down a bad-smelling elevator and through a ugly walkway down a makeshift half-finished concrete driveway. Without a car, walking up the hill to the main entrance (up from the beach or supermarket) wasn't fun (uphill, no sidewalks to speak of), especially with kids in the August heat. Still, very good value for money.

Our apartment was spotless. Everything was very clean and tidy and in good condition. we arrived early and the apartment was ready without us even asking. Transfers were arranged and were on time and as requested. apartment was very big and spacious. Pool again very clean and well looked after. Very chilled around the pool. always got a sunbed. Great view. little bit of a walk to the beach but we were ok with that and got used to the walk. Budva centre was further than we thought and was 15-25 Euros. But overall location was good as we did lots of different things and explored the whole area. You could walk to the beach and get a boat trip along the coast and to Hawaii Island.

Only one thing we found a bit difficult was there was no where close to buy drinks and snacks during the day. we did buy a few bits for breakfast from the shop but the nearby shops weren’t great so you would struggle with getting stuff for a meal. 2 local places to eat were very nice but maybe more than you need for a lunchtime snack.

They let us stay a little longer while our baby was napping during checkout time which was INCREDIBLE. Can't stress that enough how it changes the entire trajectory of our day and its so thoughtful of them to let us to do that. Clean, beautiful spacious rooms and balconies, really love the space and the pool.

Of course theres no restaurant on property, the igraonica (playroom) isnt open, the elevator and organization of the building is insane - but the pool and the room themselves are really great. The price is pretty high for bare bones amenities but it was a really good establishment for our 1 year old. You need a car, you can't walk anywhere.

The proximity of the beach was convenient, the views were exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious and everything had been considered for self service. Attention to detail meant there was even some laundry and dishwasher soap provided. Reception staff were friendly and helpful for local directions. We went in late Oct so the tourist activities were closed for winter but that fit into my plans for a quiet break.

The on site restaurant was shut but I expected this and was informed beforehand. There are a few places not far to eat at or the nearby supermarket for supplies so not too bad in all. Also, I noticed there was no hall mirror to check your appearance before leaving the hotel; only a small one in the bathroom. That can be easily added.

Great staff, excellent facilities. Short walk to the beach, proper cleaning during the stay. Parking is a great plus. Overall good value of money.

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities, including the pool were top-notch and impeccably maintained. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, it exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

Good size, clean apartment, nice views and terrace, free parking.

Only one bathroom and toilet in the apartment which can be a problem with family of 4. Changing towels and sheets after 4 days of stay not daily. Slight far away from the beach about 10 minutes walk

The property is very clean. The room is spacious, they clean it every day. There is everything one needs inside, even the washing machine and a kitchen

The property is on a hill and if you don’t have a car it’s a little bit hard to go up and down to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend it to people without a car. After 8pm there is no one at the reception desk so we had a problem the first night. We couldn’t enter the parking lot so we had to leave our car on the street. Also, our room didn’t have balcony in the end.
