The location was great for us as it was not as busy as central Budva but still brilliantly located near to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is possible to walk to central.Budva in about 40-50 minutes, with lots of places to stop for refreshments along the way. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were amongst the friendliest that I have come across in any country. Tip- there is a fabulous waterfall only a very short stroll from the hotel. This place was a hidden gem!!

We loved everything about this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, the service was excellent, and communication with the staff was smooth and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality at the restaurant. The hotel is quiet and charming, away from the crowds, yet still within walking distance to the beach and shop. Children especially enjoyed swimming in the pool – it was a real highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!

One small suggestion – it would be nice if the hotel offered more information or options for local tours and activities, beyond just brochures.

Breakfast was great, staff was extremely attentive at the restaurant. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is about a 5-7m walk to Becici beach, though I recommend Kamenovo or Rafailovici instead of Becici. I sincerely appreciate the staff (including the cleaning staff) which really made visible efforts for a good experience. The espresso is fantastic.

The apartment quite frequently smelled of sewage. This is almost surely because of poor construction (the trap). Additionally, the room only had a tiny trashcan in the bathroom. Not sure what they expected us to do with the empty water bottles (it was 37c outside). Keep in mind that they are strict about enforcing no swim dress (i.e. cover your top with a shirt/dress for men/women) in common no-swim areas. Room is pretty tight for 3 people - i don't recommend one room for 3 adults. There is "no food or drink allowed in rooms" but we brought in water to drink.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Casa di Sofia, and I absolutely loved it. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The beach is just a short walk away, so there’s no need to use the car unless you plan to explore the town. The staff is excellent—especially the gentleman in the dining room who was incredibly kind and helpful with the service. The food is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. I would definitely come back again and again!

Everything was excellent!

Comfortable, clean and staff were excellent and friendly. Felt like it was family ran. Food was great and good value. And within walking distance of the beach. We would stay there again.

Whilst the hotel is modern, well appointed and not far from beach it is in an area that is still developing. If I’d asked I’m sure they would have helped but it would have been good if through the hotel we could have booked excursions out and about. Next time we visit we would also try to fly direct into Tivat not Dubrovnik as the transfer to/from the hotel across border is a little unpredictable

Our room was new, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with airport transfers, car rental, and arranging taxis. The location of Casa di Sofia is very convenient. There are different restaurants, a supermarket and, most importantly, the sea in the vicinity. Breakfast at the hotel was also good.

In our room there wasn’t a clothes dryer.

New and modern rooms, a lot of place in apartment, TV with good Wifi, cleaning every day, clean pool, servis in pool area.

We choosed this hotel for possibility to park our car in privat parking ( booking says that such opportunity is free of charge). We reserved parking in advance, but when arrive, we were askes to pay 10 eur per day for privat parking in garage. Public parking was free, but during high season is difficult to find a place for parking.

It was very clean and well organized staff were supportive especially Ivona at the reception plus the two guys in the restaurant can’t recommend anything else apart from this place very good thanks for we did enjoy our stay 😊

All was perfect

Everything is clean and new, it's very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. They gave me a garage spot and to use safe for free! Breakfast is very very good, they serve everything fresh and high quality. It is very cheap compared to what you get. Staff is amazing, they helped us with all our requests in no time, they are very professional and were very nice all the time.

I liked every single thing about this property.

The hotel is quite new and the accommodation was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we were even allowed to stay a few hours longer on the day we were checking out.

The breakfast could have been better. There were not that many choices for breakfast and when they ran out of some food on the buffet, like eggs, they didn't refill it.
