The location was great for us as it was not as busy as central Budva but still brilliantly located near to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is possible to walk to central.Budva in about 40-50 minutes, with lots of places to stop for refreshments along the way. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were amongst the friendliest that I have come across in any country. Tip- there is a fabulous waterfall only a very short stroll from the hotel. This place was a hidden gem!!

Breakfast was great, staff was extremely attentive at the restaurant. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is about a 5-7m walk to Becici beach, though I recommend Kamenovo or Rafailovici instead of Becici. I sincerely appreciate the staff (including the cleaning staff) which really made visible efforts for a good experience. The espresso is fantastic.

The apartment quite frequently smelled of sewage. This is almost surely because of poor construction (the trap). Additionally, the room only had a tiny trashcan in the bathroom. Not sure what they expected us to do with the empty water bottles (it was 37c outside). Keep in mind that they are strict about enforcing no swim dress (i.e. cover your top with a shirt/dress for men/women) in common no-swim areas. Room is pretty tight for 3 people - i don't recommend one room for 3 adults. There is "no food or drink allowed in rooms" but we brought in water to drink.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Casa di Sofia, and I absolutely loved it. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The beach is just a short walk away, so there’s no need to use the car unless you plan to explore the town. The staff is excellent—especially the gentleman in the dining room who was incredibly kind and helpful with the service. The food is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. I would definitely come back again and again!

Everything was excellent!

Comfortable, clean and staff were excellent and friendly. Felt like it was family ran. Food was great and good value. And within walking distance of the beach. We would stay there again.

Whilst the hotel is modern, well appointed and not far from beach it is in an area that is still developing. If I’d asked I’m sure they would have helped but it would have been good if through the hotel we could have booked excursions out and about. Next time we visit we would also try to fly direct into Tivat not Dubrovnik as the transfer to/from the hotel across border is a little unpredictable

New and modern rooms, a lot of place in apartment, TV with good Wifi, cleaning every day, clean pool, servis in pool area.

We choosed this hotel for possibility to park our car in privat parking ( booking says that such opportunity is free of charge). We reserved parking in advance, but when arrive, we were askes to pay 10 eur per day for privat parking in garage. Public parking was free, but during high season is difficult to find a place for parking.

Everything is clean and new, it's very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. They gave me a garage spot and to use safe for free! Breakfast is very very good, they serve everything fresh and high quality. It is very cheap compared to what you get. Staff is amazing, they helped us with all our requests in no time, they are very professional and were very nice all the time.

I liked every single thing about this property.

The hotel is quite new and the accommodation was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we were even allowed to stay a few hours longer on the day we were checking out.

The breakfast could have been better. There were not that many choices for breakfast and when they ran out of some food on the buffet, like eggs, they didn't refill it.

New comfortable hotel, simple but good breakfast, tasty food and good local wine in the restaurant, very friendly, helpful & professional hotel staff helps with advises, car or taxi hire, car parking, few shops and restaurants within 5 min walking distance

Very loud floor announcement in the elevator, some wine and water glasses with bottle opener would be useful in the room. The beach that you could reach by 7 min walking distance has bars with very loud local music, therefore if you prefer nature sounds instead of party better to take taxi to cozy Queen's or King's beach.

Very new hotel with modern furniture and clean rooms. We booked a Standard Double Room with Pool View but got a free upgrade to a bigger room which also had a small living room (with a couch) in addition to the bedroom. Parking was for free in a garage that belongs to the hotel and worked well. The staff was very friendly and attentative as well :)

Overall, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of cereal, sweat and savioury things as well as fruits. However, the cooked items at the buffet (sausages, bacon, fried vegetables, etc.) were presented on normal plates and cooled down very quickly after they were put there, so usually were cold when I got them. You could also order eggs prepared in any way you wanted them (omlette, bacon and eggs, etc.). These were made freshly for you and served to your table, so were warm and good :)

Exellent size of accomodation; large bathroom, living room, balcony and bedroom.

There is no view from the balcony as the buildings are too crowded, which is a problem everywhere in Montenegro.
